I bought the "put your own painting on the wall" upgrade and all I have is a purple frame with a red question mark. Is it supposed to be my kong avatar or is there supposed to be a way to import a picture into the frame?

The amounts of the bonuses are not always correct. I just bought soup spawn x4 which was listed as 20 gems, but it took 25. This has happened before, so I know it is not this single item but I don't recall what else was mistaken.

You are missing "Don't Touch Me!" in your achievement list. To get it, just click the ghouls on the steps lots of times. Also, it upgrades, it says "picture" but it should say "painting".

I've purchased the global income boost, but nothing changed. My current bonus still 1% It seems I've just lost 1000 gems for nothing. :(

Not sure if these are bugs or working as intended but I've noticed only the purple wisp gives a reward when thrown into the fire. And the only butler treat that gives any reward when fed to something is when I feed the steak to the bear rug.

Two weeks after the update I still have 211 gems left to grind before I can see the inside. Sigh. :( How do you guys get so many gems?

Things of note: 1-See the purple urn in the middle on top of the fireplace? Use swords to break that. It takes 10 hits, but the 100 purple gems and 20x click income is worth it; a good way to start the Entry Hall if you know about it right away, but only the first time, so don't waste swords on it after that. 2-For opening doors, one is always a monster, making you lose all you've won for that key if you don't click “Claim” before it happens. However, if you guess all four other doors without it, you will get double all you've won with that key. 3-Swords will only hit what the end of the blade strikes (only the brush tip for Brooms), and only if nothing that moves is in the way. Also, both will disappear early if you swing and miss any targets a fifth time for that one tool. 4-The orange meter for Book income is way slower, but it also has a random symbol of what you'll win once it fills. 5-You don't have to pick up ALL pieces of parchment to guess at setting the clock.

Upgrades inside the house do not show the gem cost increases correctly. e.g. I upgraded hidden spawn 3 times and it still shows 10 gems is the cost of the next upgrade even thought the 3rd upgrade cost me 50.

I still cannot enter the house, i have 129/129 achievements, purchased the key, and clicking the front door does nothing... am i missing something?
We think you may have finished the house just as we did an update and it bugged on you. We checked and verified the error on your file. You will need to reset your spirits and build up the house again. The door will open once the CONGRATS screen pops up. Check your gift box..put some gems in there for your trouble.

Every time I check in on this game, it's gotten better! Very cool. That said I did find one minor bug: if the goodie bag shows up on the wrong side of the gate, then it acts like the gate is a solid object that I can't click through, so it won't let me click between the bars to pick it up. So I can only stare at it, sitting there, mocking me. lol But that's fairly minor as bugs go, it is just a little annoying. Other than that though, I'm honestly enjoying all that you've been adding to the game! =)

My purple gem upgrades are not holding. I reset the inside of the house for spirits last night before logging and now tonight all but one of my unlocks under tools and bonuses are missing.

I've notice that often after I put the skeleton back together, the next time I try to do it he parts wont stay in place ad once they go to the floor they cant be picked up again. So far thefix is either refresh the page or turn the "easier skeleton assembly" option on and off a few times. Dont know if this is a bug with that tool or what.

another bug, if you catch 2 ghosts with 1 trap, you get no bonus, i was trying so hard to get red and blue, but then i got it and it gave me nothing :(

Also, it says i have 129/129 but it goes back down to 128 if i melt a witch then feed tree/zombie... i refresh it goes back to 129... but i cannot open the door by clicking on it having purchased the front door key

Hmm ........ Spirits have stopped coming in at 15.16B . And Screams have stopped coming in at 46.84SP . It has been like this for 2 days now .

How does the clock puzzle work? I've tried putting it on the time many ways according to the notes and putting each hand in number order in time like 0, 2, 4 , 5.

spotted a bug, in the hammer tab, the cost of the "hidden spawn", stay at 15 always, but the cost does goes up, i want to have a 2nd zombie hand as a gift, thanks :D

After going outside and entering the house again all the objects lying around should be rearranged. It's the second time now, that I broke the skeleton, but can't find the skull. At the moment the only chance in that case is to reload the page - but then the skeleton is back in it's place.

As of this morning, looks like offline is working but the gift you left me is gone and the upgrades I bought with the gift are not purchased. At least the offline progress is working. :)

Dear developers, something new everyday, you do keep it exciting! Today I find that inside the house I have earned the achievements for 1B spirits, and 500 of everything. Not yet, really, I have 91 halloween spirits and no ghouls yet, I only just started ;-)

So when are all the lost bonuses going to be fixed?
I figure I lost a few thousand gems worth of bonuses.
Heck the double spirit bonus was 1000 gems all on its own.
I really liked this game so far and was looking forward
to this update, but I'm not going to go through
collecting all that again.
