The loading screen on opera next is so long... it's been about a half an hour and it's only at like 70%... in beta it loaded in about 30 seconds or less

Act 2 with wizard. Caught in a corner. Burned to a crisp. Ankh activates. One more fireball, then Sleep, then Enslaved the dragon! Get achievement for finishing with an enslaved pet. LOVE IT!

It's funny if you think about it. You take a minute per step and a minute to attack once or do anything else for that matter.

In NetHack, there are Succubus enemies, and there are Saddle items. In CQ2, there is only the former. This is a grievous error which must be corrected posthaste.

Also, I think that the stanard morale chievent is way too low at the end - you can full 4 sets of 4 and still reward won't be enough to buy simplest perk - kind of disheartening

Very good game, amazingly smooth, only one suggestion which is maybe add a multiplayer mode in 3 as than you could use different classes to back each other but maybe spawn different amounts of enemies depending on how many playing

The score formula for a completed act in impossible mode is: 110,000 + 200 per kill + 20 per end gold - 12 per second. Good luck!

Note to Fenix: Magic resist doesn't help with Xiatol's breath. I accomplished impossible with I Travel Light rather than Thick Skull, allowing me to sell more - not sure exactly how much was luck, but I ended with 1000 gold.

If you die midlevel and continue to finish the act, it doesn't count towards your win streak, nor does it make you start over again.

i was frustrated getting repeatedly killed because of three observors perma-dazing me on the shiurath level. Tried using a biggamehunter(ranger) build to deal with pesky observors. Got the impossible badge on the first try. Difficult early game because of ranger being squishy but once you max the bow skill it's easy to pick enemies from afar. The Glide and Sleep spells are really useful in keeping the enemies at bay while continously shooting them. At later levels hit-run tactics are necessary. You can play with the last spell but i'd suggest a Fireball for more damage while waiting for Bow cd or Heal to help your dog. Focus on speed and atk for stats. For impossible badge it is essential to kill as many as you can for the least amount of time. Don't bother searching everything but don't rush or you'll find yourself underleveled and avoid spending gold. Remember that score for suicide Act 3 is calculated 110,000 +200*#ofkills +20*gold -12*finaltime(in secs).

This game is great. Actually some of the best stealth I've seen ANY game I've played in a while, but here are some of my problems with this game. Granted, I haven't played much, but I feel as though it would have been better to have more diverse range of characters to unlock with varied strategies like heroes in LoL or DOTA 2. I wish there was a way to look in one direction with out moving a space. It's annoying if you want to see if someone is at some place and end up getting seen.
This sort of petty but these two things keep it it from being truly amazing.

Click on yourself to skip a turn, this helps so much when you are trying to give the first attack to an enemy... If only I figured that out earlier...

Fantastic game! I would love it if future versions allowed searching objects. Treasure chests are understandable, but instead of new magic laying around, may you'd have to search a bookcase for a new spell book, or weapon racks for new weapons.

lol my favorite things about this game are the achivements. Just got the one called "I think I'll keep you" and i got it after using Enslave on the final boss.

Boy, it sure is nice of the Scavenger to not pick up any treasures that drop near him, or open treasure chests he wanders toward.

Is it possible to take the enslaved mob with you to the next level or at least reset the spell when you go next?
Now the mob is gone and the spell is on cool.

I just got "I think I'll keep you" without even knowing it existed... I played a wizard on Act I, enslaved a lieutenant on 1-7 just before entering the boss room, dispelled the boss to sleep, got killed anyway, revived with the ankh and the lieutenant finished him off.

I think it would be good if you could keep the bonuses of using the spyglasses, otherwise its pointless using them on weak monsters. And also having a bestiary that could be filled by using the spyglasses

Oh! Suggestion: Add a consumable/spell(maybe) that detects all enemies on the map :D you can even create short range versions, too!

Keep your Speed as high as possible and rush down ranged enemies to pick them off before they can do attrition damage. Kite Academy Guardians while you pick off weaker melee enemies. Pugilist's strength is killing tough enemies 1v1; Uppercut and Sweep both negate counterattacks and have 100% accuracy, but the new Vital Strike skill also has 100% accuracy, and unarmed Vital Strike also negates counterattacks. Uppercut > Vital Strike > Sweep > basic attack for 4+ unreturned hits. With a few points in the Unarmed skill that combo should kill most enemies, leaving you free to basic attack something weaker until your cooldowns come back up. Always be on the lookout for opportunities to hit multiple targets with Uppercut and Sweep, when it's safe to do so. The biggest threat in Act 3 are the Horrors (Thick Skull reduces the length of their daze), so gear heavily into magic resist (~4-5 points) to counteract their poison. Spyglass Raptors if they're too fast for you, and avoid Lieutenants.

Just got the impossible badge, here's how I did it. Found it to be easiest with Pugilist, starting Thick Skull/Fightin' Shoes. Score is based on time taken, kills, gold, difficulty, and act. Basically Suicide Act 3 is worth 110k just for completing it, and you need to make up the remaining 10k with kills (+200/kill) and gold (+20/g). Time counts against you (-12/sec), so you end up needing 50 kills for the 10k points, plus an additional 1 kill for every 16 seconds the game lasts to counteract the time penalty. I ended up with 125k points, 163 kills and 37:08, with 465g. Strategy: This is a pure speed run, you should spend about 5 minutes in each of the first 2 areas, and even less per area from there on. Don't bother searching everything, grab what you can and kill as much as possible but head on fast.
Stat priority: Speed > Magic Resist > Attack > Defense
Skill priority: Toughness > Unarmed > Celerity x2 > Unarmed x3
Useful Spells: -Vital Strike-, Sleep, Heal, Charm, Bless Weapon

To anyone who dislikes the grinding: The way to get ahead is to play better, not grind. Taking everyone on in a 1-on-1 melee will get you killed immediately, doing a little more than that will get you killed soon anyway. On the other hand, hit-and-runs with all your buffs active, sniping and hiding, and backstab-and-runs, all with a focus on speed, will clear every mode on Suicide. Take it slow, run to keep your buffs up, try to get hit as little as possible over clearing faster, and you'll do fine :) good luck!

This game is tremendously solid, and good all around. I really love the turn based adventure crawler.
The only thing that rubs me in a bad touch kind of way, is the amound of grinding required. Playing the same levels over and over repeatedly just so you can play that level successfully, and then doing that again 5 other times, is reaaaalllllyyyy stretching the fun thin.
Again, on a positive, good touch note... the gameplay is superb, and I WILL continue to play it, but holyshitsonofabitch, the grind is a bit too much for the reward, I feel.

My first thought when I started fighting enemies was, "BUSHES! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!" decreases the enemy defense by 2 if they stand in it AND gives you extra stealth :P
