1) before starting the game, just type "shit"
2) type "fart gently" then "take pill." Wait.
3) do nothing
4) shit
5) take off pants, shit
5) open door, take off pants, sit on toilet, shit
6) open door, sit on toilet, shit
7) commit suicide

thecatnip: the hard badge isnt even possible. you need to wait at least 30 seconds for two achievements. Other ones are good.
