a way to auto balance would be nice, so long as one could turn it on or off, that way higher level production wouldn't be stalled by first level production that is just one or two purchases too low for maximum productivity

Nice game! Suggestion: it's good to know not only buying price for the item factory, but selling price per item unit, too.

I'd like a way to group them together (similar to how you can group them and drag them on the screen) then buy the whole chain to keep everything in sync with one another.
The game pauses when you enter the options menu. When it's just about the synchronisation, you could also reload the game in your browser. This way all production units should start at the same time.

I have one Major Complaint, The Game is Literally Too Addicting.
I'm wasting My Life.
So, If You could Dial that down?

I'm with elrodvoss on the OCD thing. It was really annoying at first to try keeping everything at the right amounts to continue production in an equal way, but I'm really enjoying this game. :) I finally decided to just click all the things and it's not that bad! :P I also saw a comment from DracosBlackwing advising some lore/backstory and zones, which I think isn't too bad of an idea to put on your back burner for when you're done with the more important things. :) Keep up the great work! <3 I love idle games and this one just became a fav!

i have a problem with the advertisement, i tried to unlock the auto sell mode by watching the advertisement, and after that my pc cant handle it any more, it starts freezing and the skript crashes. now i have to wait for 30 minutes to play it again. but a very cool game anyway ;)
I'm sorry that you had this experience. Have you tried to move the animations slider in the options menu to the left? This should improve the performance and might solve this problem too.

I like the game concept tha way you've made it because it is a great time killer and enyoable. Thank you for your great work.

I think this would be better with a decent backstory added in. Who are you as this mysterious alchemist and why are you making these potions (other than to earn money?) A little lore type stuff would be nice too. What are the names of the potions you're making and what do they do? What are the names of the herbs you're researching? It also might be cool to see the area divided into zones. A 'nursery' zone for the herbs, a 'curing station' for the basic potions, and a 'alchemists set' with beakers and such for the more complex things. They don't have to be too detailed; just areas with a simple drawing type thing for each type of production.

Thank you for listening to our feedback and doing your best to improve the gaming experience. It is appreciated a ton.

Out of memory. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating more memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings

There is room at the top of the boxes, hot about adding + / - signs to buy more or sell. So you wouldn't have to scroll up and down to find the correct potions / herbs

Good star. Need a far more efficient menu, need mouseovers so I can see what I am missing (ingrediant or new potion). Need more info per upgrade. The "graphical" representation is interesting, but honestly doesn't add anything to the game in the grand scheme. Literally you could remove it, and the game would be the same. Maybe add a discount/bonus for organizing?

This is a really cool concept! Pretty much any feedback I had seems to be covered in the top comments, but figured I'd give you a bit of an ego boost :p
I love being able to freely organize the icons. It's a fresh take on a fun genre.

i just wish that all the timers were the same length. it causes issues when you are trying to make a system with no excess and your ingredients are stopping production because they have the slowest timer.
Thanks for the comment.
Basically all the production units have the same duration. But you can speed up production by clicking a production unit. This might be the reason why production becomes asynchronous. Other than that, it could also be because the transport of resources takes a few milliseconds too.

As a humble alchemist, I cannot help but notice I make some pretty sweet dough. I also find it suspicious how much my supplier hike up the prices to always make it difficult to increase production signifcantly. After all I see no reason that one more herb should cost thousands even if i have millions.
The game is automatically saved. Sadly this is currently only working when third party cookies are allowed in you privacy settings. This is due to the game running in an iframe on Kongregate.

Thank you for making the icons stick to each other when i replace them next to an other icon, it kinda freaks me out when ma interface looks crappy. Lovely deatil for perfectionists. <3

When I set every potion up to use exactly how much it needs some how it screws up and uses too much of one. Right now I'm making 92 T1 potions, 30 T2 potions. The potions those combine in to require 90 T1 and 30 T2. Herbs are equal to both potions so there's no shortage there but I'm running out of T1 potions (of which I'm making too many of to compensate for what's currently happening). I also currently have 1,400 of the other potion.
92 out of required 90 = Not enough.
30 out of required 30 = You have too many.
It seems to have equaled out at 100 out of required 90. If it helps, my current modifier is x16 (in the bubble in the top right hand corner) and I activated the auto merchant (who is only selling T3 green/yellow potion and pink potion)
Are you clicking your production units to speed up production? Because this will of course increase the needed resources per second. Other than that, I'm not sure why this could happen.

Absolutely great game. I love how you have to balance productions and consumptions to get a smooth system. 5/5 and favorited.

Can you please create a function to put the herbs in a folder? Scrolling up and down is making my mind spin and clicking in a folder to see your herbs then just buying that herbs is much much easier. Great game by the way :D
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
There should be a description of the herbs, like how long it takes for one cycle, or how much money you earn per herb.

When your manager runs out it pops up asking if you want to hire another. But that pop up pauses the game. So it's counter-productive to hire a manager before being away from the computer for an extended period of time.

maybe sort the sell side by price? the potion which sells for 80 is right above that sells for 2 million, but way below one that sells for 50k. at this point even if i had ten thousand of them saved up, they're not really worth selling, and just take up space

Can we get the play area to be on a grid so every reset I dont have to perfectly line everything up again? (Sorry. I have a major case of OCD and I'm pretty sure other people do as well.)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
As answer to the dev response to @ArtherDent: how about a grid with images where info text appears on pop up on mouse over?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ARRRRG, I can buy 100 herbs, 100 of the next herb and then 99 mushrooms, If I buy another set of mushrooms I can go to 102 but not 100, This is madding
