The best thing to do is just stall the enemy with ur arrow on top ur castle so they wont get to u, and upgrade ur mana holder so then its up to like 1400 mana. Then what I like to do is have a full attack that can go up to 100 squires!!! LOLZ! Its like soo epic! I even got epic music when I did that on the third mission on mankind. But just to tell you, it takes a long time to actuly do that, so you have to have patiance.... The highest people I got out on battle field was about 93. :P Try beating that random guys!
But yeah. This game is pretty good and you have to be like one of those ppl that like Age of War to like this game. It kinda gets boring, but it caputed my full potential. Thx for uploading this on Kongregate! :D

the plot is good, the battle system ok, but it's way too slow, i finished typing this and a hobbit hasn't even made it to the other side of the field, epic fail in a epic war

MY DOG HAS SHIT THINGS THAT ARE BETTER THAN THIS CRAP! This is so boring for the love of god, MAKE A SPEED UP BUTTON! I freakin almost fell asleep ON THE FIRST MISSION! SCREW THE DANG QUEST, going through 12 levels of bullcrap isn't worth it.

This game is horrible. Once you get the enemy's castle down to 1000-2000 HP, they go DERP INSTANT ARMY and get like 60-70 units. It's bullshit.

Apparently when player spams, computer spams back triple. This sucks. And I REPEAT: there is not EASY badge just one medium & three hard badges.

Part two of the review:
Minor notices:
A way to keep track of how many units in a class so you would be able to use it to the best of your abillities.
Some "Starcraft" mechanics like auto-build or rally so you wouldn't have to button mash certain units if you're planning on a rush or for a specified plan.
Although probably unnecessary, it would've been nice if you could've corrected a few grammar mistakes here and there to make it seem more, enjoyable if you're planning on reading the plot at some point.
My favorite quote:
Elf Scout: "Sir, the humans troops are coming within 3 days with over 9000 units!"
Elf Leader: "WHAT 9000!?"

Part One of the review:
The game:
Although the game mechanics were essentality like most other games, it still had a certain charm to it that made it unique in it's way. Mainly being it's characters, races, storyline, somewhat form of style, and music.
The music: Although somewwhat tedious, the music did tend to fit with most situations, and you probably wouldn't notice it if you're fighting for your life using a massive ballista or "tower".
The storyline:
The story in a way was unique enough to sort of entice and encourage you to keep playing the game, no matter how long it was, even if it was unbearable at times.

To beat the last level, (as eveyone keeps on saying): Use the elven race to fight the enemy. You should first upgrade your arrows, and your mana as well. Use the bombermen and hobbits to keep/ slow the enemy down. Beware, when the enemy castle is nearly down, they will send out an extremely huge and wave, so use ONLY strong units, hobbits won't help AT ALL. It is recommended to use ONLY flying units, like the red dragon and angel knight. ALSO, MAGIC HEALS THE FINAL BOSS, SO BEWARE OF USING MAGIC! When fighting the boss, use only flying units, or the boss will hit 1k on both land AND flying troops.

DragonSpire, I give you the 1YUK! strategy. 1. Buy max academy (Cleric/Wizard), barracks and tower (Arrow) 2. Use the tower turrent on incoming enemies. Upgrade it to the max. 3. Keep on using the turrents WITHOUT SUMMONING SOMEONE! Then upgrade everything else you bought. (Past level 7 only though. Otherwise just do whatever.)5. Then, true to it's name (Make sure you unlock Hobbits from reading the instructions&credits!) press Hotkeys 1, Y, U and k rapidly. 6. Then if everything goes right, you win. (YAY!) Or else when you run out of mana wait till you're full, then repeat step 5 6. REMEMBER TO AIM YOUR TURRENTS!!!!!!!

this gam eis slow cuz we have the choice to increase our mana to 9999 and we can use higher tier units
the reason y its slow for u people is cuz u insist on using higher lvl units instead of using units MEANT to me massed up on that lvl
so while ur w8in on ur mana, remeber ur the one who wants to wait for it

Am I the only one that noticed that the levels say : Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3, Chapter 4, Chapter 5, Chapter 6, Chapter 7, Chapter 8, Chapter 9, MISSION 10, Chapter 11, Chapter 12.... LOL?

@mikey4152 lvl 5: Just use the arrow tower, and upgrade your mana a few times, then use just dwarfs. lvl 6: Just spam your hobbits and defend with your arrow tower. It will not take long at all if you do it right.

you can research your tower and the barrak to at least lvl 3 each
then in battel uprage them and uprade mana to 9999full then spam paladins but at lvls 14+ its better to have the castle full upgrade to enleash the titan

When you come to the first orc level upgrade your mana first then upgrade your builds after that create a wall of archers then send an army of squires and if you have any wizard send 4 or 5 of them out. That should get rid of the orcs quickly becuase after a bit the orcs create a bunch of units.

Oh sure, just keep walking as you are hit with 10 ARROWS IN THE HEAD!!!!! Rate this up so the game maker can see this and maybe do something about this and also add a SPEED INCREASE BUTTON! Thanks.

The arrows are amazing. All I do is fully upgrade them at the beginning then save up mana and upgrade everything else. Then when my mana is 9999 I start spamming paladins. End of game there. But then Right before my group of 30 paladins reach their castle I start spamming over units because in the score it multiplies with the amount of units you sent out. So then I have around 200 units in the end 20 being paladins who do all the work. Hope this help :D
