In the prologue it says that no one with ill intnet in their heart was spared but, it say that the "sons of destiny" had thives amongst their numbers.
WTF is with that? Is thieving suddenly good?

To unlock races: just keep playing. You unlock the elves in chapter 8 and the orcs in chapter 12. Or somewhere around there...

The only thing funny here is people are bigger than castles (at least the first 1 was a bit more realistic) either way the game, sadly, is like the first one, you have to hold the fire button until you flood em with soldiers T_T

I played all the way through the first one and half way through this one and I'm not sure why. The game has not improved as I'd hoped. It is NOT fun to hold down firing your turret for 10 minutes until your mana is maxxed then send a flood of enemies. You need to figure out how to make it require more than just arrows to survive and mana regen/max mana to be the game winner. I'd suggest gimping the arrows for starters, so that you always have to send some token army out.

tbh, a weak sequel, the battles are so monotonous and the ballista, i mean come on its bigger than the tower. i agree with pyro, weak dialogue, most of the time i skip it because i see no enjoyment in actually reading it. i am only up to the last rank 2 battle with mankind and am dissapointed so far, but it might get better...

Lol so many outspoken haters... and yet, the rating remains extremely high. This is an excellent game, and all the boss's are easily beatable, you just need the right strategy.

Original was much better. Turret rotates way too fast in this one, and even though it was a bug, the 'autofire' in the original made the game playable. I'm not going to sit here for hours on end holding a button down for something that requires no thought to do.

The only thing thats epic about the game is the FAILURE that it is! or for the *cough* less patient of people - EPIC WAR 2 = EPIC FAILURE!

Once you get to chapter 8 or so, your opponents start having "second winds" where they spit out dozens of paladin-equivalents when their castles get low on health. My suggestion is to advance slowly, using small groups of units, and save up your mana so you can dump out a huge wave of your own guys to counterattack their counterattack.

Seariously, dude, fix autofire so it keeps firing if I click on units, upgrades, or the chat window. Otherwise, there's just no point of having it.
