Unfortunately I didn't notice that the last boss gains hitpoints when you use most attacks. I thought that cannons and the other artillary would be physical damage, but now I'm stuck - he's healing faster than I can do damage, and I have so many ranged units he cannot kill anything of mine. Its a stalemate where he is only gaining life. What units do only physical damage?

Finished. Still a 5 for me as yes it's slow and repetitive to upgrade all the races but you can never switch off, you can screw up easily if you unlock things in the wrong order (as I almost did with the Orcs) and the last three levels make up for it. Kept me playing.
One bug: levels 17 and 18 said 'Cleared 1' but were red before I did them. I did not notice it earlier. Started playing when it was at 1.12

Seconded.
"also it was retarded that the enemy didnt have cool down times for buying units so they could buy 20 of their toughest and keep them stacked"

The best strategy is to max out your tower before anything else, seriously, it may take longer, but you won't lose unless you want to (unless you're a total noob)

why the heck is the unit detail display so hard to use? i mouse over an enemy unit like 20 times and it doesn't show up.

The need to upgrade everything in every level is tedious and unnecessary. It adds an extra ten minutes to every level because the only winning strategy is to max out everything before sending units.

i was on lvl seven and finally got the health down to 2000 with my wizard and got rushed and i killed it, then the enemy got 45 of its strongest troops and owned me. This should be fixed along with the upgrading in battle.

itis an improvement mechanically over 1 though I have to agree the game is time consuming. I had to start over at one point early on and I was fatigued, if I had gotten any farther than I did and needed to start over I dont think I coud do it. Over all I like this game. For what it is it is well done, and at least early on there is a decent bit to upgrade. the only real problem is that there is ultimately too much to upgrade with very little variation from a centtral theme. I like it wanna beat it, but once im done Im not likly to come back 4/5

The way some people say it is flat out insulting. If you at least give a reason, then you can call it bad. Some people just say it's terrible, and they don't say where so the designer can't update/fix/etc. the issues.

I like how people insult game makers when they have no idea how hard it is to make one. If you don't like it, fine. At least state it maturely instead of insultingly.

It's going through the motions over and over again... And to make things worse, said motions don't even require a whole lot of actual doing something, mostly it's waiting. I just did level 12 for the badge, but I'm done now. I'm not even tempted to try out orcs and elves. 2/5

The game has some good points and some bad. The graphics are pretty good for a flash game and it does have a story and a plot. Now unfortunately for the bad the game is time consuming as hell now i don't mind spending hours of time on a game that's not the problem the problem is the game just isn't that fun its massively repetitive and the game rewards you for dragging out any battle as long as possible. other races was an interesting touch but you basically have to replay the game again to make them strong enough to be useful making it seem like more work then fun. finally the story isn't very engaging i don't really care how it ends i just want it to end.

this game was just painfully dull. since you had to buy each upgrade at every battle after unlocking them that made every battle have the same beginning of stocking enough mana. also it was retarded that the enemy didnt have cool down times for buying units so they could buy 20 of their toughest and keep them stacked
