How the hell has this been rated so highly? It's much worse than the first, and that wasn't to snappy . . . Wouldn't even give it 1/5, if there were lower, and I usually consider myself fairly generous . . . Just no.

@trailer4. if you max the castle you get the epic creature so upgrade that then send him and you can win most of the levels except the end ones.

The King of Hell only castle smashes if there are troops in melee with him. I think you can beat him by only attacking him with castle attacks, though that would take days.

@trailer after they summon the angel just keep on summoning your sturdiest creature to keep it at bay then focus your arrows on it (use the special)

Epic War I is WAY better. This one is even slower than the first one, which isn't bad, but TEDIOUS. Also, I liked that friendly fire, which was the only thing that would make me release the A button. Mana regeneration, are you there? Is it possible that the mana regen increases when u have more mana? Cause it doesnt say so, but it looks like it to me. 2/5 ONLY because it has a plot line, because it should be called EPIC FAIL.

how do you beat chapter 13? Because whenever i max out everthing except the castle upgrades i send out an army of paladins mounted crossbowmen and wizards. but when my men number reaches 50 they get like 80 guys out there and like 50 palidans and a angel. i get my @$$ whopped by them. Need a strategy to beat them.

@BlueEdge: well at first, its slow paced, but as you proceed towards the 10++ levels, the starting mana and the starting mana regen is faster than the first levels, so its not really slow paced at the end.

Ok keep this going, The lord of hell absorbs range and magic, and everytime he hits the ground your castle loses 500hp so keep that in mind.

I'd just like to say to Mohawkman122; wth if you didn't like the first one. Why play the second one :| Oh wait you just want to winge.
I love this game. 5/5 The first few levels are a bit slow, except later levels are really good. Uh, you have to upgrade everything in the missions to make it more strategic. Spamming units takes no skill. You need to conserve your mana and spend it where neccessary.

oh, and as for the gameplay, I gotta say I like it better than the first. The non permanent upgrades add another level of difficulty to the game. It does get a little redundant after a while, but still pretty fun. overall, 4/5

Can we have the mana regeneration upgrade back? Slow mana regeneration and having to upgrade in every battle really takes the enjoyment away.

oh and also, same boring gameplay as the first. send, you maybe get a little damage on their castle, then mainly ranged guys kill you, they come to your castle, you kill them (with arrows, units), repeat. 1/5
