Angel - Upgrade "all" races to the max.
I don't know why people are complaining about the need to reupgrade in battle. It's just like every other strategy game out there, when you start a new level you start from scratch. If you were already maxed out it'd be pretty silly to simply send your Tier 3 units and destroy them in a matter of moments

Repurchasing upgrades every battle makes the game drag out too long. Please add an autofire for the bow-- there is little reason for me to hold a button down for a majority of the game. 2/5 until fixed up.

Yeah, MikeSF that megahorde is pretty tough. Remember the toad overlord level and the megahorde that comes out AFTER you've killed the enemy castle? I beat that one by the skin of my teeth... jesus that toad was tough, took like 3 volleys of continuous arrows, 3 of the other specials, all the arrowfire in between, and my personal army to kill him, and all that still left me almost dead.

I've been looking forward to an epic war sequel, so far I think it's ok but I'm wondering why do I have to upgrade in battle? The upgrade system was fine before, and I was hoping for something more than just a graphical update. I know there are different races but there are good simple ways to up the ante more on this. We'll see how it gets along towards the end.

for people havin trouble on lvl 6 or w/e heres a tip dont put ur mana into the clerics/wizards and the archers just keep upgrading ur arrow shooter thing and ur knightsa until u have paladins then send a paladin out a couple of times until ur ready to go and send out like 5 of them and just demolish the orcs

And by cannon fodder I don't mean the little bombers, I'm talking all the Tier 3 units, plus special units (Dragons, Demons, Angels) I mean come on! The final boss has 350k hit points, you gotta throw another army at me ontop of that?

Geeze, I beat the last boss... and as I beat him those hordes of cannon fodder managed to drop my castle to 0, and I lose. I don't like the mega horde that spawns when the enemy castle is in trouble, IMO shouldn't be there.

Glitch: Get 4 archers and make them stop somehow and then so u can only c 2 and they cant be killed! Glitch found by ME!

I think making arrows auto shoot would be betetr too.. holding "a" key throw half of game suck~
+more mana per dead unit would be best as well as mroe mana per ur own dead unit
+making difference in exp giving by what unit dead should help too... sucky to summon some cheat hobbits whoel game to make more exp =)

dude wtf on lv 7 when i got their castle to 750 hp, 20 protectors appeared and like 50 archers with ice arrows.Is this a glitch?

Fun game, but extremely dissapointing. I mean, Epic War 1 was like Epic War 3, and Epic War 2 was like Epic War 1, if you know what I mean. The first was amazing, this one is a downgrade and doesnt have near the same storyline. And the grammar and spelling is horrible >.>

lol i am on chapter 11. build up mana it's the only way to win let it charge up and send just one of your guys while you shoot arrows at enemy while you build up mana. it works

its kinda dumb how you start out the same everytime and u have to upgrade your stuff cuz the enemy will just right away send hundreds of guys still a 4/5 tho
