For autofire problems....click on the game screen. Hold a. Once you see some arrows coming out, hit alt. Then you let go :D
So far paladins are pretty nuts, they have 75% resistance to physical moves, 75% to shock. Very powerful. Imo this game does stress quality vs. quantity. Make a powerful unit like a pally, then spam archers/healers/trebuchets/weaker units so u get more points when you win (for units made).
Hope the last boss is nuts like the first epic war :D

barracks upgrade 4 doesn't work, and I mean that 'in game'. I'm not a nub wondering why I don't start out with it, it just remains as the same upgrade tooltip as for upgrading it to lvl 3 & doesn't function

Put your arrows on autofire and upgrade your energy as much as you can. If an enemy gets past, use a dwarf or two. Upgrade your tower to level 3 when you hit 1500-3000 energy, and upgrade to 4 at around 5000. Once you hit max energy, spam maxxed wizards to win. On the later levels you'll need to make a titan unit as well, 15 wizards then a titan, and repeat until you win.

WOOT, I LOVE THIS GAME! I recently got over with my addiction of CoD5 after on my last prestige and hitting lvl55... it got pretty boring so I came back here... Now I'm just waiting for my America's Army dl to be done with. Anyways, nice game. Its a way better improvement of the first one. 5/5

The difficulty needs to be turned down. Way, way, way down. I can't beat chapter 8 even with castle lv 3, tower lv 3, barrack lv 5, archery lv 4, academy lv 4. I'm half way through the game and I have everything almost maxed out. And WTF is with the computer cheating? I get the enemy castle down to 600 hp and all of the sudden he gets mega upgrades and makes 50 units at once and runs over me. I go from easy win to impossible in one second.

GLITCH! on final lvl right before i died i upgraded castle to lvl 2 and it said i won even thou i died right before i cliked it. :)
