all i did was send in arch angles and dragons to defeat it, but then i found that when you use arch angels he attacks, but when you only send dragons he does nothing.
it took me a while but i eventually beat him... it takes a long time.

Too beat Guah Hajj, use the orc race (maxed)and i recommend u have the angel knight. spam hobbits and summon a lot of totems and summon a angel whenever u can. When Guah Hajj gets in range of your arrows use the super arrow and the two other specials. keep doing this and u will beat it.

Too beat the last battle u need to use ur elf race (maxed out). Only use things that fly cuz lord of hell wont hit and angels and wizards heal it so dont use them. Keep summoning the forest guardian and red dragon and u will beat it but it takes pretty long ;)

In level 6, I just start madly making hobbits without upgrading any building. Try it, it really works all the time (unless the enemy makes good units)

To defeat The King of Hell, use the elf race and make the Forest Guardians (the titan), angels , red dragons and a few normal units that have ranged attacks. BUT REMEMBER, WIZARDS RESTORE ITS HEALTH!!! It's not hard to defeat the boss but it sure does take LONG.

Use Angel Knights on the Lord of Hell if you absoulutly have to...Send out just one! I know everyone likes to use the elves, but with the Orcs you also can use Trolls in spades!(even though they walk). Use all artillery as well with your Red Dragons. Granted Mankind gets the shortest straw (since you can't use Arch Angel) but they are better at fighting Lord of Hell's troops than Elves are. I.E. My one Arch Angel killed 8 Red Demons! It just takes longer with Mankind, if anything.

Go to lvl.6 kill the first wave with crossbow (but dont summon anithing) and after killing the first wave with crossbow summon hobbits crazily and u just earn 7k in 2min!

I've seen peaple saying that it's good to use angels against baal. So... I think that you should look to Baal's HP and atk with an angel. You will see that angels RESTORES BAAL'S HEALTH. On the other hand using angels to kill the other enemies is a good opcion. But if you want to kill baal fast, use ONLY Forest Guardians and Red Dragons.

For lvl.16, 17. Use Hobbits, angels, Totems, and titans.
For lvl.18, though, Use only 8 of these: 2 Angels, titans, and Dragons.
And use ONLY THE ELF RACE for lvl.18...

This Epic War is better than all the others. It improved on the first one and isn't as complacated as the 3rd and 4th. Maybe if there was a "Friendly Fire" option that gave you more experience for not hitting your own troops that would have been neat. As well as number of arrows fired in terms of accuracy adding to your points and experience.

The battle with the lord of hell is so easy because that lord never attack flying units such as forest gaurdian,red dragon,angel soilder,ect.

@dusklight nobody ever said you had to use elves, it's a recommendation because it makes your life that much easier. And you might as well max out every faction since it's an achievement and badge.
