lvl 16....need arch knight only thing to defeat arch angel (titan unit) sucks big waves = more research points -wont need if masterd all things

@ people who complain a huge wave wipes them out when the enemy's castle hp runs low: Don't go all out and keep some mana in reserve to fend it off. It's called 'to anticipate' and 'common sense'.

in response to catharis and rusty nail's comment, even if the computer gets a boost u=t just adds challenge to the game, it's beatable, i'm on level 16 now,
so it wouldn't be quite as hard if you know what your doing

to take down the overlord, you cant just send in uber-units un-protected. use 1 big unit, supported by (elves are best) range units. you have to make sure its inside your castles bow range, and perferibly on the 'hit' line of a sacred sword (everything helps). so, when its 'time' send about 10 protectors to hold him up, then spam your uber units with the ranged units. hope this helps ;)

WOW! i think this game needs an upgrade...AND FAST! it's level 8...level 7 was quit tough to be honest, what with all the elf healers and phantom bowmen...anyway...level 8 comes along, i arrow down lots of enemies, none get to my base, i upgrade everything i can to full...I start spamming Hobbits with the occasional cannon or wizard to support them, while still firing 4 arrows and an elemental bolt, using my specials when promted...its all going well, the enemy's castle is down to 4444 out of 13000...they start spawning more and more elves, soon my hobbits are being killed in one go, arrows are flying from some random place off-screen...ally count: 23...enemy count: 72.
YOU NEED TO SORT THIS OUT, AS SOON AS YOU START WINNING IT GETS REALLY HARD, its a good idea, but just dull it down a little so the more simple minded people like us can deal with it. =]

ask myself why do some many nublets get scared when they summon like 50 tough units when their nearly dead gosh use a combination of healers biggest warriors (protecter paladin beast rider) and the magic shotter guys and u pwn gosh
btw for the last bosh does protecters special move count as magic same with things like the titan is that magic?

I can't kill the overlord on lvl 16. I have all races maxed and I've used elfs with Guardian's + Angel Soldier helpers and still the overlord kills me. Best I've done so far is to get it down to 180k, which is actually an accomplishment in itself. Help, anyone?

Catharsis I totally agree with you and thats a very good comparison to make about the computer performing much better than they should be when they are about to lose a game. It totally defeats the point of this game, as, especially around lvl12, their castle might have 100 hp and I have around 160 soldiers, then miraculously all of them die withing 20 seconds and I lose! Complete waste of my time, 1/5.

Wie man Level 18 schafft: Nachdem der "Lord of the Hell" erschienen ist, dürfen nur noch fliegende Einheiten erschaffen werden (Angel and Red Dragon). Der Lord attackiert dann nicht mehr und nach einer Weile stribt er dann. Welche Rasse man nimmt ist egal

looks nice at first glance, but then you realise that it suffers from a terrible case of the mario kart syndrome (the computer is boosted when it's doing bad). Sadly, this really kills the experience.

it's a cool game...but i still think you get a far to big advantage when you can wield your bow...its always the same... kill them with the bow while you save your mana and upgrade... after a while just send a giant wave and win...EASY...
And if i recall in epic war 1 the arrows could hit your own troups... i think this was much better because you just couldn't let your finger rest on the A button...or you were killing your own troups...something to think about...
Otherwise better graphics and system of upgrading then in epic war 1...

Xzeros, the upgrading building thing every game is to balance it. So you need a little strategy. :S
I don't see why they had to make the element shot and the normal shot triggered by different buttons..
