crimsonbloop, you have to go to options, quit, SAVE, and THEN reload the page. i did not saved after 2nd boss battle, which took me 30 minutes, because of low FPS :-/

dude!!! wtf it says i have orcs but its only at kong and i cant use them!!!! and i cant upgrade the orcs this game is really starting to piss me off!!!!

For those having trouble with Totems (the Orc volcano-making dudes) or the equivalent (elf ice-mages and so on): you need paladins (or the equivalent). Weaker dudes will just be frozen or knocked around by their spells and once your front line breaks your ranged dudes are kind of in trouble. Paladins don't get knocked around as easy so they're kind of needed to keep the front lines stable. No, you can't just target them with your arrows, unless you've got a really high level tower and you're a better aim than me.... which isn't that hard but anyway...

errr ever since I beat the demon toad I can no longer play any stages. It units/upgrade bar at the bottom shows up and the music plays. But the screen still just stays at the world map.

And for everyone whining, the game has some bugs, but no, it isn't unbeatable. I beat all of it, and so has everyone who followed the strategy I put in the comments section for the final boss. Just because the game's a bit challenging doesn't mean it's broken or rigged.

@sifer2 It isn't rigged, that's actually supposed to happen. It's part of the challenge of the game, and I find it refreshing from all the mindless strategy games out there. Once you know it's there, it isn't that hard to deal with it. There's much harder situations in the game than just that first time surge... as a matter of fact, from then on it becomes the norm.

it would be better if you could go into battle with some already stored mana, and a way to increase the amount of mana you start with, also permanent upgrades would have been good. Great art, really fun game and a good storyline. well done, 5/5

Wayyy too hard when you get to lvl 16. You have to fight a boss with 350,000 hp(Arch Angel has 18,000) that kills too!

I love this game but there is one big concern I have. There is no visual of how much you can upgrage things when in battle. There are yellow lights around the icons for what has been upgraded, why not a pale red or something on the upgradeable slots?

I don't see why people are rating highly. The game has potential but that's all. Way too much wrong with this game to be rating high. You should rate low or no higher than 3 an give the creator some incentive to fix his mess.

I'm greatly enjoying the game, but one thing that is bugging the piss out of me is the extremely high number of typos. For those grammar snobs like me you should go back through all the text. Thanks

Ok I had given this game a 2 waiting for the problems to be fixed. But I just had the game spawn 50 high end units at me when I had his castle down to 1000 health. If the game is that rigged obviously there is no strategy just rigged build up for 20 minutes crap. This now gets a 1.

I enjoy it very much... the people whining about double upgrading seem to be a minority with the high rating of the game. Honestly, it's not that much different from playing a strategy game like the original Warcraft series... you start from scratch every game, it's the way you build up that matters.

A step back from the original. By requiring a double upgrade in every level, the game has essentially the same pacing in every stage, instead of actually allowing upgrades to change the feel of a level, the just extend it. Poor design choices hurt this one pretty badly.

This game is pretty great. 19/20. I do wish it wasn't so time consuming though. But the story is pretty good. A few mistakes in grammar but overall this game is pretty good. But it's like Bowmaster Prelude too much. Also, itd be better if you added some other features.

and i agree with chaser... this games great and sure it has some bad spots but what game dosn't. so stop picking out every little mistake and enjoy the damn game!

i think its a good game but it needs some tweaks 1 the crossbow is too touchy 2 no pause button
other than that i like all the changes it cleaned up the game and made it more interesting but those to problems are extremly annoying
