I agree with fun guy about the fun and skills. Having to upgrade every time gets boring after a while. You end up standing around doing nothing for 15+ minutes every battle just shooting nme down with arrows (which requires no skills) and upgrading your mana pool and structures. Too repetitive with not enough "new" when doing research to warrant keeping playing. Too bad since it does look like a lot of time and effort went into the making of it. Sorry: 3/5

I think "epic" should mean more than just "long". Sitting, doing nothing for 15 minutes while enemy units die isn't much fun. Taking 30 minutes to kill a boss is boring. Over all, this game lacks "fun" and "skill", two essential parts of a good game.

The last boss doesnt seem to attack flyers, aka Elf Guardian and Angels... So, spamming them seems to keep it at a standstill and I'm whittling him away!

when you beat the boss on lvl 17 if you look at the word against they spelled it wrong. they spelled it as "againts"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg it's sooo important...

This game should be called boring war2. It's a rinse and repeat strategy game that rewards you for dragging each level out for as long as you can (more xp). Where is the epic?

Great Game 5/5
Horrific -- probably the worst ever -- storyline 0/5. The storyline makes no sense at all most of the time & the actual writing is awful. When I'm playing the game I feel like I'm playing a professionally done game. When I'm reading the story I feel like I'm reading a 3rd graders attempt at a short story. Keep up the game making -- hire a new writer to help you out.

Awesome game, at first...then, unfortunately, the game turns from being a little bit of strategy, to the same battle over and over. Obtain massive amounts of mana, then save a HUGE wave, and hope like hell it takes the tower down in one shot, or prepare to spend another half hour or more regaining mana to do it again. Sorry, was a 5/5, downgraded after I played further in (past level 10ish). Other than that aspect, it's a great game.

redtom, the battle is calculated by the units you kill and the level your on. the units you kill give exp then it is added to the level your on x1000

About half the map should be taken up with a giant Shire where they produce all the cannon-fodder/hobbits. Hobbits and artillery got me through most of the game. (I needed angels/dragons to stall the final boss out of smashing-range of the cannons).

Got about halfway through, game now hangs at "transferring data from Kongregate" every time. No good refreshing, not an adblock issue. What's up?

ugrade your tower to maximum power during the battle then upgrade all the other stuff get your mana to 9999 and send out wizards pallies or for whatever race you choose from lvl 6-18

It's color, and unfortunately, not terribly difficult to win, or even win quickly. My main gripe, though, is that you are rewarded more for defeating enemies and not destroying the castle quickly. I would think that I would be rewarded for destroying my enemy outright without subjecting my army to a prolonged bloodbath.
