Mostly a huge time waster. Not too difficult, except when the enemy sends out a huge wave of strong creatures (which in my opinion is just BS). I'll give it... a... hmm..3/5

for orc lvls 12+, don't bother with archers. get lvl 3 barracks and academy. at 9999 mana send out ~10 totems, when they reach the middle spam beastriders and more totems after them. the fastest castle takedown ever.

In order to beat the final bosses, kill all the creep you can with arrows, using hobbits as needed to keep them away from your base, then fully upgrade your mana pool, tower, and castle. Send out 1 angel (the best way to get exp to unlock the angel is the lvl6 hobbit trick,) then charge up your mana and send out your Titan unit. It takes awhile to recharge, so send out 2-3 angels/dragons (Do not use regular units as they are too weak.) Once you are able to send out a new Titan unit, do so, then send out more angels/dragons until you can summon another. Congrats, you win!
P.S. - use your special attacks whenever they are charged, and once the boss is in range of your arrows use the rain of arrows buff. I used this strategy and killed the King of Hell without him even being able to move towards my base at all. I couldn't even hit him with a single arrow. >;)

good game, i'm stuck on level 16 though, got that damned frog/toad whatever down to about 9k health before i got swamped by him and a dozen paladins lol. I've already got the arch angel unit too, didn't really help much. Any tips for one who sucks at strategy? :p

I beat everything up to lvl 17 with humans and used elves for the last two levels. Angel Knights helped so much. Their full-battlefield range is great. 4 angels, 4 dragons, and for guardians took down the LoH without him moving. I really like it. 5/5

i dislike the Hobbits and Angels and Dwarves, Oh My! Badge.... i finished the game and now i actually have to lose 3 times becouse i need the achievement for losing 3 times... -_-'

control the enemy waves with arrows and don't let then hit the castle... don't waste mana upgrading the mage and archer baracks... use a few protector if it's impossible to hold the wave with the arrows... but don't waste time building to many units... focus on the forest guard.... forest guardian and angels and dragons from time to time is the way to victory

What I did to pass lvl 17 was this: I used the elves, their Titan (guardian of nature or smthg like that), lots of elf mages, healers and also I kept swarming hobbits when my titan died, so that 'the end' would attack them and not move towards my castle. To make your titan unit you must fully upgrade your castle. No angel needed

kilalah you have to upgrade them in battle to just buying them won't give youthe units it just gives u the option to upgrade in battle u have to use mana to upgrade the building u upgraded

can someone tell me how to beat chapter 17?im stuck with it and they use counter attack badly....4 red dragons,2 black dragons,3 angle soldier 2 fire devil and lllllots of paladin,protector and beast rides.and llllots of bomberman and hobbit. SO PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!IVE DONE MY BEST TO BEAT THEM! I CANT EVEN SUMMON MY TITAN UNIT EVEN THO IM 9999 MANA ALREADY! NO CHANCE!!!!!NO!!!!!!HELP MMMMMMEEEE!!!!!

The hobbit tactic have worked fine with me. Just kill the first wave, wait until your mana is at about 390 (that way your arrows will be able to hit the second wave), and don't stop sending those hobbits until the other castle is down.

Upgrades are useless if they don't actually upgrade you. And using all my XP to upgrade humans to the point where I get elves, then having to upgrade elves, not fun.
