gotta admit i hated it a bit at first.. but after replaying it and opening up my mind a little bit more, i liked it almost if not better then the 2nd. I see why some people despise it. It was a big change in the series

Not sure why everyone is complaining, this is a great game. Excellent BGM, graphics, and towards the end challenging levels. 5/5

ok so I finished the game, and it said to continue to get more cards. Clicked continue and nothing happens. Clicked new game thinking that it still keep my cards. NOPE. LOST EVERYTHING. F YOUR sh*tty programming.

Already Epic War 3?? Why, I haven't even finished the second one yet. This is completely different from the first and second but I guess a card game is also pretty good.

The idea of this game is good but still has room for improvement. First need an auto save function. Second. we should be able to click on the mini map to move the screen. Third, in my opinion,the new troops' response have to be improve too. They always stand still at the starting spot, I have to give order many times to make them move, especially when the others are fighting a huge group of monster, like in the cave of trial.

Game doesn't really use cards. It's no different then calling them units or tokens. It's not like Magic or anything. Good game. I enjoyed it. Learn the tactics and you can win levels. All castles send a second wave halfway through. Be prepared to retreat and regroup and you are fine. Give it a chance before you say it's too hard or sucks.

Like DEATHPIE said, once you start winning they send out an indestructible force and eat you alive. And like Anopob said; Why can their hero revive but yours can't?

Here was my strategy to beat the game, pretty simple. I had the fireball and pheonix powers, 2 ranged units, and 4 melee. Keep all of your units at the very back in the beginning. After 20 seconds or so, fireball the guys they have not moving in front of the boss, not the boss though. let them come, swarm/fireball them and bring your guys back again. Fireball the boss, swarm/fireball once he reaches you. Now your army should be full. Rush all out to the castle, shortly before you reach it, use the phoenix. Once you hit it, they will start to swarm you. The phoenix/fireball combo will blow most of it away. From there it's a constant rush to the castle. Pretty simple. Key unit IMO is the succubus. Get that maxed out and they are AMAZING once you start attacking the castle. Those swarms won't be an issue with them.

What's the problem with the game having cards?It would be bad if all units appeared on the selection in-battle as it would take almost whole screen.
If you don't like the game because of unit spamming you can use hotkeys(duh) that are 1-7 and click on screen.
If you think this game doesn't deserve any badge you are wrong, this game is as awesome as epic war 1 or 2, so think better before rating.

hmph... after i won the first battle after 5 tries, i beat the rest in a few minutes. really hard then really easy
