Get someone who starts with the meteor. Hoard units, then use the meteor on the enemy hero. He will rush you. Attack with all units and he dies. Now victory is a lot easier.

Wow Crankypants, really? Your name is fitting at least. Games don't exactly need to make sense. And think of the revenge waves as the last push.
Another thing: Does it make sense that, in Lord of the Rings, Minas Tirith is on the doorstep of Mordor? No. At least not by your logic.

you know its kind of pathetic whem my mob of guys with two cannons can fend off 4-5 revenge waves in a row and still be attacking the castle at the same time.

omg i held off the ultra imp until then 3 [came at the same time] revenge waves destroyed what blocked the mermaids,withches,and death angel things and then it was down hill from there

This game has a lot of things that do not make sense. For instance, when I'm on the door to victory, a horn blows. Yes! My troops are blowing the horn of victory! Wrong! A constant wave of enemy troops come flying to see to my utter destruction when not three seconds ago, I had the upper hand and a near guaranteed win. My question is simple: why doesn't the enemy use this move constantly? I would use it right away to demolish all that stand in my path. And the fact that it is not a card option is bullocks. Another thing that confuses me is the attacker's castle. Did I really not notice the red guy come and build an entire fortress within eye shot in my land? Why didn't I go over there and kill the surveyor? Because of all this, and many more flaws with the game: 2/5.

cannons are only good for big groups or big revenge waves. i had level 5 magic cannon and i kept blewing up all the revenge waves that came to me when i was fighting powerful people.

5 that keeps killing all my troops. its like invincible and always does 99999.. i dont know how many nines

cave of trials are vary hard battles that earn u great cards, waiting till u have alot of ppl all in a group befor attacking works vary good

LMAO way to steal characters straight from WoW XD
grimtooth = obvious WoW orc
revierre = obvious night elf with light skin
mukanaga = obvious dranei
gald = obvious WoW dwarf
rembrant = obvious WoW human
the only one that doesnt completely resemble a WoW character is viegraff XD
...but still a great game :D 4/5

if you cant beat cave 5 just use the mermaids they stun the gremlin and he cant hit you you just have to make everyone retreat till you have alot of ppl then charge

this game is pretty beast... but the yellow guy seems pretty hard... defended me everytime so far whilest i defeated every1 else on the map except for the green guy

i used mermaids, succubi, horsemen, cannons, dragon riders, double strength, and invincibility, keep retreating till you've got a full team at your base, then plow through, when you get near the goblin, use invincibility and double strength

can someone tell me what i need to do to beat the cave of trails (5th one?) i've tried everything, and have almost all the cards, that goblin just keeps slaughtering me :(

Its a good game, and I very much enjoy some of the improvements such as the ability to tell your units not to advance, but the removal of your arrows was a mistake
