Cave of Trials level 5 is done by loading your forces with archers. I used centaur archer, succubus, dwarf engineer, mermaid, then goblin and phantom armor as melee. All maxed of course.

I like the game, though the massive lag during later battles is a bit of an annoyance. But it really only pops up when there's tons of crap going on. 5/5

Reading these comments makes me wonder why I visit a site where the average IQ is under 50. How the hell can it be a card game when all the card does is represent your units on the main map and everything else is real time action based? I contend that if someone went around smothering all these mouth breathers in their sleep, the world would be a much better place. I like the new direction with the game; keep up the good work. 5/5

Good game, still some updates needed though...
Best tactic is to retreat all the troops till u can't have any and then just rush there with every troop.

To kill the Goblin that hits incredibly high, you dont. Just use mermaids or somthing to keep knocking him backwards at the enemy castle. Or you can use invincibility.

Well... That was pretty fun.. Seemed like it took a completely different strategy then 2 - i.e. No resource management, but more battle strategy. Then again, i found myself just spamming all my guys, and throwing the meteor and phoenix spells to slaughter the counter-attack... Still, its a nice game...

Nigi you can command groups by clicking on their cards near the top in a battle and then pointing where you want them to fight.

uh, nigi, my archers and cannons dont stay still... ever, I have them at lvl 5 though so they get replaced real quick

I used all long range units cept my knight and dragon knight, and for magicc i just used metors on their bombs and when they spawn a lot use phoenix and itll wipe out the whole field =)

ok, 35 goblins, 15 centaurs, 3 cannons, 12 flying armor, 8 dark knights, and 5 bombermen

Anyone voting this a 1/5 should look at the lowest games on the list in "highly rated games" and compare. Then they should check up "dress up" games as well as "click the button" games, and compare again. Now dare say it deserves a 1/5. I'm already expecting jokers to say it does.
I myself found the way Epic War 1 and 2 worked slightly more fun, but I guess this is a great new start. It's always fun nonetheless.

atleast it isnt as easy as the first one, where you just need to play the first level repeated ly until you have an arrow type maxed and use the auto fire(hold the fire button and right click anywhere other than the game)

kinda a different style of play than epic 2 but every bit as fun and addicting. i like that you can order a retreat for you guys and control them to some degree, something missing from the previous versions. 5/5 so far
