pain in the ass but to do cave 5, a pretty good method i found is to have fast spawning units, including the horse archers goblins engineer's and frost giant for some actually power to kill goblins and then the meraids(ice mages) and using 5 of them on the super goblin seems to be able to keep him at bay, and then using the pheonix spell helps push him back half way across the map as well as wiping out the waves of goblins.

soooo close 2 beating cave 5 the enemy castle had about 1/10th of its health left and the uber goblin got 2 my castle
