okay THIS IS IMPORTANT ! ! ! ! once you JUST FINISHED A CAMPAIGN make sure you DON'T START A NEW GAME IMMEDIATELY but hit CONTINUE INSTEAD!! this way you get to spend that massive amount of money you made in the campaign's final battle which is ~500.000! hit + to let more people know
Tip: Phoenix Strike gets lot more stronger when used with Hercule's Strenght card, just time hercules right and then look when your phoenix does double damage! i tested it with fully upraged phoenix (2000 power) and the results were really powerfull, it just wiped out every enemy unit (expect titans) on its way!

last admendment to strategy (Sorry, forgot i stop doing it), don't use pheonix strike or freeze trap(Better than thunder by far) till you hear trumpet flare, use pheonix first horn, freeze second horn, third horn, you should win. just so you know, using pheonix to clear sometimes upsets where goblin is and not done right has him behind your troups in no time. My strategy altogether works 99%. happy hunting

use thunder before getting blown up on last revenge. had some trouble 2/10 runs. if overwhelmed use thunderstrike as it tends to not knock the goblin back, or better freeze trap

easier lvl 5!! Use green, use br34ky setup,swap centaur for minotaur (bonus vs. building & 20 at lvl5). 1. Use entire army back & forth till just before aggro guys w/bombs just standing there. DO NOT USE: Pheonix, Hercules, Athena. 2. Once army's full, use pheonix to clear stage, athena now move army to castle. Keeps your hero alive from goblin & gets army to castle. 3. keep army alive till castle falls, one shot it. use hercules now to bring down castle faster. DO NOT USE: any strike, as these may knock goblin behind units. just heal and make invincible/stronger. Enjoy Berserk.

Guide to beat Trial 5 with only 2500 mana:
You need These:
Comet
Phoenix
Athena
Frost Giant
Succabus
Mermaid
Witch
Centaur
Black Knight

1) Wait until you have 1 succabus then send your troops (not hero) to fight.
2) let an army grow at your base until those first units die then send everyone (including hero) to their base.
3) repeat step 2 until they lose.
Extra tips:
make sure you have your phoenix ready when they have 0 enemies because you will want the pheonix in a few seconds when there are over 100 enemies. Also make sure Athena is ready when your troops make a counter attack.

trial 5 i think is easiest if you do it right. I just beat it first try with Br34ky's strat without herc or healing but with arrows. it took me like 5min because i didn't have the mana to replace goblin and black knight with frost giant and dragon raider. if had 3500 mana i could probably do it in 3 min

cleared caves of trial with 2750 mana playing as gald the conqueror doing in order there is no need to clear the 5th cave first nor to have more mana, it just makes it easier

How did the AI get to have some units of the same type go attack me while some of the same unit type stay at the front of their fortress?

I found the easiest way to play this is to not do anything until your Meteor is charged up. Then shoot the Horseman on the other end so he stupidly charges out in front of everyone. Then simply enough... Press X and watch him die. If your Horseman gets low on health simply pull in back to the second rank until he's healed. Although so far through 3 nations haven't really hit much of a wall.

One thing I think would make this slightly better would be a 'z' 'x' key set for your selected group and if you could select just a few units to charge in instead of all or one. That being said it's a fun game very different then the previous two

Hmm would have been nice if the tutorial's first or last instruction was 'Look at your EQUIPMENT' Not a long winded thing about battling and ending your turn. But onward to more gaming.

Im sure the tutorial said somethign about getting a new card every level, but that is untrue because i'm level 30 and have about 10 cards

squiddoodle: the hint about the small meteor isn't right: i tried it at max lvl on 1 unit and on a whole groop (counterwave) and it all did around a thousand damage
