5th COT was the easiest of all... Goblins + Yetis + Witches + Mermaids + Succubus + Cenaturus are a perfect match for this level. As for the spells: Healing Wave + Rain of Arrows + Phoenix Strike + Bolt of Lighting + Athena Protection + Hercule's Strength.

Ok, I just started to play the game, I have had much anticipation for this game ever since I played the first one. It must be a great game. I will make a guide to the game as usual after I get the feel for it. I can almost guarantee victory with my guides. finished cot 5 and 1 but cant do 2,3 or 4, Cot 5 is easy if u use the right strategy
Use these Cards
Mermaid
Magic Cannon
Thunder Crystal
Black Knight
Frost Giant
Phantom Armor
Spells:
Healing Wave
Comet
Rain of Arrows
Freeze Trap
Lightning Bolt
Stay back until you have full population of all units and before you go forward look about half way across the map, there will be a small group of bombers, use comet on them then quickly unleash rain or arrows.
Once you get to the Castle quickly Freeze Trap & Lightning Bolt the enemy units there then attack the castle, when the first horn sounds use comet about halfway into the castle and it willl knock back the goblin that hits 99999 (he'll be slightly transparent) then cast freeze and lightning bolt again (if they're re-charged) and keep your units alive with healing wave.
This may take a few tries

here's a tip to finish COT
monster: goblin dwarf taurus succubus thunder witch and mermaid
spells zeus wrath,athena protection,healing wave,pheonix hercules strength i finish COT lvl 5 because it's the easiest of all the COT
in COT lvl monsters goblin,taurus,dwarf centaur,succubus and mermaid
spells athenas protection,healing wave,phoenix lightning bolt,freeze trap i hope it helps @_@

Kite the dragon or any other titan monster. Their attack takes super long to charge up and u can just move the guy back to avoid any dmg while hitting it with ranged units.

Oh my Goodness, I bet the CoT 5 again, but JUST! I was so close because the Invisible Goblin was past my army and heading for my castle, when I just defeated HIS castle. God. It was so tense... You probably need very good skill and strategy to do this properly.

Here's my guide to all of the over-asked questions again- 1. You get cards as your hero levels up, 10 per hero, but some heroes get the same cards. 2. Grullborg Grimtooth, the Green Orc hero, has the highest max mana at 3500. Each hero is different. 3. You unlock Cave of Trials after beating the game once, and starting a New Game Plus. 4. In COT5, there is an invisible goblin that does 999999 damage. You aren't supposed to kill him, you keep him back with Mermaid water shots while the rest of your troops kill the castle. Another option is to use all ranged units, and goblins+ yetis. this holds him back until the castle dies. 5. To beat the caves, you need cards from all heroes- at least one of every "class"- Yellow+Green, both Blues, and Orange and Red get similar cards, but the more the better. Hope people bother to read this. pass over.

to easily aggro and kill their enemy knight at the beginning just use your comet near him but far enough so that it doesnt aggro everyone else with him and then wait for him to come to you and he'll get his arse pwned
