This revenge wave can be a little rediculous. 2 Revenge waves in a row? That's a little much. I had 30 troops when he had like 10, he sent a revenge wave so he had like 50, then seconds after he sends another revenge wave and now it's 90-20 (him). At least make it so there are no revenge waves when someone attacks your castle, it's really not revenge so much as winning at will.

kudos on not giving us epic war 1-3. Haven't decided if I love it yet, but it's different than the first 2 which is a major plus.

Just push the invis goblin with Mermaids, Witch, Black Knight and Centaur Archers because they all have knockback effect. And of course, mainly because they mobilize very fast across the field. Use Athena's Protection and Hercule's Strength upon coming in contact with the invisible goblin. Use Phoenix Strike at half of the map crossed so you won't stop to attack puny goblins while the invisible one destroys your castle. The main thing is you destroy their castle while using both Hercule and Athena's Protection to ward off damage and damage quickly before the invisible goblin finds its way through all the knockback effects. Important: KNOCKBACK EFFECT, SPEED, DAMAGE, PHOENIX STRIKE to clear off goblins while attacking castle. time your phoenix strike wisely.

HOORAY! I JUST BEAT CAVE OF TRIAL 5, GOT THE ZEUS' WRATH berserk Spell. :D
Here is how I do it: SPEED in damaging. This is my team upon completing the level; CREATURES (FULL&MAX)Dwarf Engineer, Witch, Centaur Archer, Black Knight, Ghost Armor, and Mermaids. SPELLS (5&MAX) Comet Shoot, Potion, Phoenix, Athena Protection and Hercule's Strength.

guys what grunty said is bs i did with 2 heros maxed out u only need that if u stuck at easy games.......... just max out one with good casle and one with good mana and choose the one u like more

Funny game, I found this one better than the first 2. What I also noticed is that 2 heroes look at figures from World of Warcraft : Trevouz = Night elf, Slaventhorn = Draenei. It could just be me... But it's just something I happend to see.

when i did the 5th one i just put all the weaest monsters waited till they all came and then i garded them but the invisible goblin was going for my caselthen all my units destroyed his and i won

i finished the game completely, all upgrades completed except 3 titans. also i spent like 20 minutes writing down a post telling exactly how to finish the cave of trial 5.

how the hell can we complete CAVE OF TRIAL 5? I've thought of an all-titans team. ridiculous. died in an instant. that dude's just too fast to handle man, should GREEN decks do their job with fast handlings?

i got the medium and 1 hard badge (not the CoT badge) before i even started the game cause i played before how fun of no chalenge for those 2...

i got fully upgraded every card
and have do all 5 cave of trails
cot5 was the easiest you just need a load of range units and pheonix down card and hercules strength for when you are attacking the castle p.s only use the pheonix down when your troops are attcking ,the key to killing the transparent goblin that hits 9999999 and kills your base in 1 hit is to keep knocking him back with range units and not letting him past the enemt castle entrance

Strategy Guide: PLEASE REPOST!! --Start with one guy..I recommend the Bloody. As you win battles you level to 30. During, you get NEW CARDS which is SOLELY BASED on WHAT LEVEL you get and WHICH DUDE you are playing! (Ex: Viecraft the Red unlocks Succubus, Dragon Rider, and Phoenix Strike) After you win a campaign, do a New Game++ and pick a DIFFERENT DUDE. Repeat game, keeping ALL cards you already won! As your NEW hero levels up, you get MORE CARDS. Repeat this process until you have BEATEN THE GAME with ALL HEROES. MAKE sure to UPGRADE and use all gold before you win each map or its lost! You can challenge Cave to get some easy cash, even though you lose. Now, you have ALL the cards except titans. For CAVES, repeat game with one of the 6 heroes. The catch is that EACH HERO has DIFFERENT STATS! Some have tough castles but crappy maximum mana, and vice versa. Upgrade all the cards that you want to use! Then, you can fight the Caves prepared to do so.

I absolutely hated the last two Epic Wars. As a game, I like the concept. But it just didn't feel right to me. I'm not saying it was bad, just not my taste. But this game is truly epic. Great graphics, new system, new ideas, and a well implemented game means I am going to be playing this for a while.

awesome game! and revenge waves are no problem, unless they have those magic crystal things. they would be hard if they had proper timing. one charged right when a lvl 4 pheonix was in front of them. no more wave!
