Good game... like Federelli said, instructions are bad... I had to play a few times too before I understood how it works. The option 'auto fight' when someone attacks you is bad too... Every unit was lvl5, and I had few strong spells, well that wasn't enough to beat the third person. When I press fight, or I attack someone, I don't have to do anything, and I can win... So that auto-fight function doesn't really work.
Further is it a good game, I just wish more upgrades for the units... why to level 5? Why not unlimited? Just increase the costs by 3 times (1 -> 3 -> 9 -> 27 etc) and giving just 25 to 50% more power.

\\REPOST WALKTHROUGH// BEST CHARACTER: Grullborg grimtooth (highest mana) TACTICS: Start at the left hand side of the screen build up your army and push forward to kill when your ready. To kill titans bait them back to your army and buff before the fight. GAIN ALL CARD: Complete all the Characters Crusades to recieve all but Titan Cards. BEST GOLD FARM: Complete any crusade up to the last fight and omplete the battle. You will recieve 300k+ gold for the very quick fight. When it returns you to the main menu click CONTINUE and start again where you left off. CAVE 5 is the slowest way to make gold. BEST SPEC PRE CAVE:Dragon Rider/Frost Yeti/Taurus Warrior/Fire Succubus/healing Crystal/Magic Cannon all level 5. This plays nothing like the first two Epic War games, has no feel of "Epic-ness", and just all around isn't a terribly impressive game.
Also: Hero didn't gain card with level up. Fail.

im having a tough time getting cards worth my time im getting shit cards and i dont like it lol i have almost no spells but the ones i have are good and all of my minions are the weakest availabe i dotn have anything cool like yetis or the ghost swords dudes or dragons etc
