i also uped the dwarves to max and when the hero died i sent them at the front...of course this isnt the caves, but it works for now

btw using only units with most population is not needed. The hint is to destroy the enemy castle before the goblin gets to yours. I used mostly long ranged units x)

maybe its too soon to comment, but i cant beat the first lvl..i only have one guy that can be killed very easily...2/5

yes! finally beat cave 5.
for all those wondering how to do it, i found that the strategy thats works best is to use all the highest population units (goblin, zombie, dwarf engineer, taurus, phantom armor, and centaur), wait until all of them have spawned fully, and the swarm the opposing castle.

@ thefatest some heros get the same sosometimes u don't a card for awhile until a higher lvl. to get a higher lvl maybe just stall a battle for awhile to get more exp pts. but each battle gives more exp

look u noobs who think the game should b modern theres a reason its fantasy: 2 add pizaz 2 the game that idea would b intresting 2 an easter egg 2 the game like if you beat all hero campaigns you unlock the ability 2 change your creatures in2 modern people

yay! beat it with everyone. hold on. the badge is only for 2 heroes... Doesn't kongregate usually do the stupid thing with endurance badges like going to level 100 on monsters den and stuff like that?

i just find, with the entire series, it is let down by extreme balancing issues, the number of spawns are often rediculous, and the type sent, you can have 60 high level enimies spawn at once, and your allow 4 of them at max, balance balance balance!

I went on CoT 5 for a laugh before I'd done 3 and 4... and won, i used, Goblins, bombers, dwarven engineers, taurus, zombies and phantom armours, because they all spawn quite quickly, it kept the annoying invisible goblin at bay, while virtually an entire army massacred their castle. I was also using Comets to keep their enemy numbers down, along with freeze spell, and thunder... and the invincibility spell once i let loose the enemy goblin ninja... lol
