naively assuming he made this game properly, I lost my first turn and had to sit through a boring ass defend mission.
this developer has immense talent and almost no intelligence.

Meh i've been trying to get the acves achievement but i just can't...Just like the other 2 games, as soon as you start winning, the enemy sends in tripple the ammount of the units that you have and completely trash you, making the time u just spend building up your units pointless.I liked epic war 2 a lot more than this 1, i don't like how you use cards or how you have no turret on ur castle on this either...3/5 just because i'm a fan of the series

Pat, it's not about the hassle, it's about the irritation. Epic War has always been a flawed idea, and each game gets worse, with new things that the developer overlooks and new ways to annoy us.

3/5 i hate getting close to a win then suddenly 50 all in one group WTF and how do they spawn there people so fast i spawn one at a time they do like 10 no JOKE

I find it frustrating that I can pull my hero out of battle and try and put him behind my defensive line and when the enemy gets 50 feet from him he charges into battle. Interesting changes from the first two but too frustrating for me at the moment. Got the easy badge and I won't be back for the others until I have nothing better to do.

I hate how you have to continuously click Charge...Rather freaking annoying. It's one of the most important things in battle (getting food/rations/reinforcements to the front line) and yet you have to say charge for every few units spawned.
All in all, it was VERY repetitive. Only the last castle ever touched mine, and that's after pheonixin the rush wave.

oh yea, if you cant load the game (black screen) right click, untick play. If that doesnt work, Tick play and rightclick press rewind

how the hell does an attack that should end in victory, me with over 50 people and no one defending the enemy castle turn into over 70 people rushing out of the castle destroying my troops and killing me within seconds

WTF not fair, i was just about to kill a castle, when the enemy got a sudden boost of 50 + units, and most of them were really good units, like the knights with big axes. Anyway they just destroyed my army and killed my base in seconds. how is that fair.?

All you guys that complain about revenge waves: YOU HAVE SPELLS GODDOMIT! If they overrun you, Phoenix razes the whole ground. Save some spells for the revenge waves: If they overrun your army (never happened to me), kill them with fire. Magic Cannons and spellcasters are the best units in the game: use them.

Ok, one thing I don't like about this game is:
I tell my hero to step back because he's low on health, and then suddenly, without me telling him to do anything else, he runs into the enemies again like a moron and gets himself killed!

Lol, so okay on first cave of trials, as im battling the giant fire god thing, i hurt the castle to 50% and then no less than 12 dragon riders come out and another 80 units...

dude, i got to the 4th trial and all of a sudden there were three water gods with 45k hp each then a generic giant of death with black smoke for feet and a skull helmet came out of nowhere and obliterated the shit out of me. oh and also i had to fight freakin 160-250 enemies with 33 because the computer gets infinite strong people and i get 5. This type of game makes people want to cheat
