Also, sometimes it has a tendency to ignore mouse clicks, mostly when attempting to cast spells. Oddly, not so much when ordering units.

I'm not sure what to think of this. I appreciate that it's less grindy than EW2, but...so much of the game just kinda runs itself, you know? The units build themselves and there's no resource management. You have no bow to do anything directly. The only real impactful decision you can make is telling the overpowered hero to move up and press the advantage or move back and regen for about 10 seconds.

the fifth cave of trials is extremely annoying to beat it just put in all the spells possible and use the centaurs, succubi (fiery demons), witches, dwarves, goblins, and suicide bomber things. then only defend your base until you have 91 units, then launch the spell pheonix strike. when your units keep dying keep send in more. note make sure you are still using the spells also make sure all your units are fifth rank. if it does not work the first time keep trying it might work (eventually).

i gave it a 4 just becuse i get my dragon riders upgrader to much and my flying ladesys that shot fire then i sumom suport by fire egal when tons of there forces come out epic war 2 is more epic then this

this was a great game but i miss the arrows and upgrading structures and such from Epic War 2. No storyline either =/ I still give it a 5/5 though :D

Still can't beat the last castle my forces just get pummeled after I get their castle down to like 10% then they Call about 900 Horse men...

How is Cave 5 EASY? I can't keep any tabs on the transparent bastard, and it seems to have some AI or some shit cuz' that goblin ignores all of my other soldiers and goes straight for the castle with his 99999 damage. I mean, what the Hell?

If you run this you can lose no matter what. Troops: Fire Succubus, Dragon Rider, Mermaid, Witch, Centaur Archer, Dark Knight. Titans are useless don't use them. Even maxed out your enemy will train there's faster. Spells: Healing Wave, Comet Shoot, Rain of Arrows, Phoenix Strike, Hercules Strength and Athena Protection. The more heroes you clear the higher your max mana is so you have to beat it a few times to run this but it beats every cave and every enemy. It req 3000 mana.

CoT 5 using 2875 mana: units; goblin soldier, dwarf engineer, centaur archer, mermaid, witch, fire succubus. skills; comet shoot, phoenix strike, athena protection, hercule's strength, healing wave, freeze trap. some people prefer the cannon to the witch, but the witch unit has a larger population and half the charge time so it is better protection against the ghost goblin if you get desparate and need it. PLEASE REPOST THIS COMMENT TO HELP OTHERS

finally completed Cave 5, using 2875 mana (or more if you have it): units; goblin soldier, dwarf engineer, centaur archer, mermaid, witch, fire succubus. skills; comet shoot, phoenix strike, athena protection, hercule's strength, healing wave, freeze trap. some people prefer the cannon to the witch, but the witch unit has a larger population & half the charge time so it is better protection against the ghost goblin if you get desparate and need it. use phoenix strike to push goblin back, just keep him in 1 place & your will win! the 5th CoT I used mermaid witch dwarf zombie bomber goblin. With phoenix, hercules, Athenea, comet shoot, healing wave and lightining bolt. IT went by easily. For the game i give it a 9.5/10
