Crappy game. I don't understand half of it tdue to a worthless introduction and it makes no sense that whenever you're close to winning, thousands of enemies are summoned which destroy all of your troops at once.

when you finish the game you get to play the cave of trials or CoT for short they are very hard to beat an only recomended if youve finished the game 4 times

epic war is based on fantasy it will never be modern if it was then what would the units be? all ranged like todays troops? no more then half of all the units used in the epic war sseires has been melee.
modern warfare? not going to happen

for Cave of Trial 5 put all rnaged cards imp ect. you will find invincible goblin will be knocked backwards from witches and mermaids.

I thought this game was fun, then I got a 130 unit revenge wave.
I'm sorry, but that is absolute BS. There is no justification to having to deal with 130 units, especially since it appears spells have a limit to what they can kill...
2/5. It could have been good, but revenge waves mechanics are still BS.

You only about 2200 mana for this configuration, so the choice of hero should not matter. I was using Abe Mukanaga because he seems to have the most at level 30 with 3200 mana. But again, I don't think it makes a difference.

This actually worked for me:
For CoT 5 use: Witch, Mermaid, Centaur, Goblin, Engineer, bomberman, comet, invincibility, heal, 2x damage, lightning, rain of arrows.
I used Phantom Armor instead of Mermaid because I didn't have it. Just let your hero and Centaurs go forward and the rest of the army build to full strength. Heal and Rain of Arrows helps a bit here too. Once the army is completely built, wait for your spells to charge. Then send everyone forward in one mass. Use Invincibility and 2x Strength before you attack the goblin. He'll eventually run through you group, but he shouldn't kill everyone. Continue pressing forward so that the bombers keep him busy while the last of the troops take out the castle. Use your comet at the end to keep the counter attacks at bay so that your troops can attack the castle.
