How the heck do you beat the last cave of trial the little goblin thing that is sort of invisible does max damage and kills your castle one hit. plus he is invincible and you can't damage him. If you do ranging ppl so you don't hit him he still comes out. ):<

This is a great addition to the epic war series. I'll just list some pros and cons.
Pros:
1.) No more tower, since its evolving more into a unit-based game, taking out the tower was convenient, and smart.
2.) The cards.
3.) Other assorted, simply a high-quality game.
Cons :
1.) While the last epic war had too much storyline, this one has too little. Simply giving a little profile to each of the characters doesn't cut it, they should each have some kind of story. Don't make it like the last epic war, with a story every level, just, every few.
2.) Individual fighting. Since theres so many units in each of the species, making it so that you could select a single unit or a few units at a time out of a species would be nice. Theres been many times when I wanted to do so.
3.) Some kind of ending thing. I mean, just saying congratulations is kind of boring. At least use the storyline that each character has.
Thats all, I still think its a great game btw.

I don't think that "All heroes," would be impossible... more Hard. It's just time consuming, and not even that much so, it gets pretty quick after the first. I really enjoyed this game. Shows that the designer is still the master after some other games have begun knocking off previous installments in this series.

never mind i just beat it using succubus, mermaid centaurs, witches, dwarves, and tauruses. my spells where: comet shoot, rain of arrows, healing wave, ice, invincibility and lightning.

I beat cave 5 using goblins, dwarves, witches, centaurs, succubi, and mermaids. Most of those units have knockback ability and more importantly, dwarves, succubi, and witches hit multiple units.
My specials were invincibility, attack up, small meteor, heal, ice, and lightning. I stopped using the phoenix because it always flipped the invisible guy over my units so he went and killed my castle lol.

how to kill the HERO this works at ALL towns but not at COTs use fire bomb on the enemy HERO, and then use the rain of arrows when the enemy heroe is in the field 90% of the time it will kill the enemy hero. After that its up to u!^^

to beat all cots you must get fire scubbus, dragon rider, mermaid, dwarf enginner, centure archer and magic cannon with the spells healing wave and rain of arrows. get to the last base then do cot 5 and beat it then equipt the spell you get and phonix strike. do the rest by attacking and using all four spells when possible and you should get the badge and finish all cots. also for number 4 you need to retreat to half way at every boss or you'll have too many bosses to battle. note that you need to allways use the critical hit spell.

"and you can regen your unit which enemy couldnt do that." That is totally a lie. Why did I see enemy units healing themselves? It was bad enough in the last game when 70 units appeared out of nowhere. There was no need to double that number.

Hrm... I somehow just beat the fifth cave by destroying the castle really quickly... Neato! No invisible frog for me!

Cot 4 is probably the hardest for me, CoT 5 was easiest but you had to use your mind. Only use 1 meele unit. You have to use the water mermaids though. Makes the other 3 whatever you want and i would strongly recommend to not use any of the units you unlokced during the cave trials.

on coT 4 i had witches,mermaid,fire subuccus,centaurs,yeti,and dragon riders enemy used 4 revenge waves there where over 250 enemies!
i still one tough :)

the one problem is that the enemy always flys to the back of you're line(when they get blown up) and kill all your people

Everyone having trouble with the invisible goblin on cot5, you CANNOT kill him. Your only chance is to use goblins dwarf engineers, and the rest range troops. The object is to push him back behind the base with your rangers and spells. Then keep him stunned and push back until the castle is dead!
