you gain more mana on each level up.
and some stupid people keep complaining about not getting any cards...
you get cards on level ups aswell,till you got x cards.. the more cards you have.. the less you get when replaying the game and leveling the commander.
you can only get a certain amout of cards in one replay.. remember that... and you get all cards you can get on one replay in the first few levels already.

haven't played yet, but one and two were basically the same... not sure if i want to spend another week playing this, cos i don't know how different it can be from the first two...

Yeah. Three simultanious Revenge Waves. And I only did about 1/4 of the enemy castle's health. They just went "Lol what army?" and raped my castle. F**k yeah, game balance rocks. It would probably help if I could get more cards, which there seems to be no logic behind how you do so, since I haven't gotten one for the last 20-something battles.

I just used ranged units and damage spells to beat cave 5. Dwarf, phantom armor, cannon, succubus, mermaid, witch. Comet, lightning, freeze, meteor, and the obligatory heal + invincibility. Just keep pushing the goblins (and the invincible one) back and they won't be able to touch you.
