That invis goblin is sooooo cheap. It'd be infinitely easier if he just didnt run past your army and actually killed them.

@leonheart87 don't use critters/spells that have a large or random knockback. a yeti/succubus/mermaid combo should just about do it for ya with some other crap to mop up trash.

I like the Epic War series. There's a strategy invovled, but I don't really enjoy getting my units crushed by my adveseries. :( 4/5 :P

i just did no. 4
i used
fire demon,dragon rider,frost G., centaur A and bomber
for spells
heal,ice trap,thunder bolt,meteor strike, zues wrath (everything listed max is suggested will only help u more)
when they send the big guys use zues wrath and ice trap,thunder bolt,meteor strike, on them then u get about 30% down then they send out another big guy with wave just keep on the big guy with zues wrath and the other 3 spells and repeat
well this is how i beat it

to beat cave of trails level five i tried to use as many ranged cards as i could. I had mermaid, succubus, centaur, magic cannon, dwarf engineer, and the lord of shadow.
For skills i had comet shoot phoenix strike, healing wave, and hercule's strength. I had everything at max lvl except for the lord of shadow, which was at 2.
I waited till i had everything summoned, including the lord of shadow and then proceeded forward. The transparent goblin that instant kills anything will appear after you kill their horseman. It s hard to see but if u keep an eye out for it you will notice it. When u start beating on the castle use hercules strength and it should go down pretty quick. All the ranged attacks should be able to keep the transparent goblin pushed back enough so it wont kill anything. use comet shoot and phoenix strike when needed.

OMG I DID COT 5!!!! i had minotaur centaur zombie dwarf and goblin with the comet shoot and healing wave spells(all fully leveled). retreat units occastionally to get a mass of at least 90 when he keeps getting hit, the super goblin cant attack =D

the last guy consta, who looks kind of like an orc. Filament, try using mainly ranged units, athena protect, stun and freeze to keep it back. Also mass goblin with hercule strength. Attack the hero straight away to get rid of him, mass your units at about halfway, then rush

I keep coming back for more, even after beating this game 4 times.
Also, you can't kill the ghost goblin. Just knock it up into the air with a spell then move your guys past him and hope you can destroy the enemy's base before the goblin reaches yours.

you dont kill the goblin... you have to just keep him back... just keep attacking with as manny people as you can at once

Good game and all. I like this version better. The only problem I have found is that the mana doesn't seem to be very balanced. The titan class critters take WAY too long to get out to be useful. I can beat the last level before the titan even gets out.

Great game...besides the fact that somehow the enemy seems to be able to infinitesimally spawn troops once you're close to it's castle...lame considering of course the same doesn't apply when they start to close in on your base...

u guys, u need to have the cannon! if you have three of them, u can kill the guys coming out and damage the castle at the same time!

as in jsut prolong a game (before they send revenge horde) and just stall as long as you can and get a bunch of kills for a bunch of exp?
