cave 5 isnt all that hard when i figured out how to defeat those invincible goblins.... the things i used so all my army couldnt get killed by those goblins(ghost) are:fireball, meteor, athenas protection, hercules strenght, and rain of arrows.
the creatures i used were: bull, mermaid, centaur, dragon rider, and fire succubus.....
the whole thing would work n go well if he/she focuses on getting half of its army to the middle....
then used a fireball on the hero/leader,, if it moves, then use rain of arrow(w/e its name) to annihilate the hero/leader n all of its army then u charge to its castle......
after all ur army is in front of the castle use hercules's strenght.....if he/she heard a noise that they brought back up used athenas protection then aftr a few sec/min use meteor to annihilate all the back ups.......

my team is only "archers" and cave 1/2/3/4 it´s easy that way but cave 5 with that goblin i already try with diferent member in the team and is allways the same thing lose :S

yes finish epic war 3
cave 4 is sorta hard cuz if all ur army is in fron of the castle 2 blue dragons shows up but it was easy for me to defeat them by assembling n regrouping all my army after i defeated the first big guy who shows up first b4 2 blu dragons shows up....

THERE IS A HUGE BUG IN CAVE 5 a goblin with something like 999999999HP
IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KILL HIM!and he just make 99999 of damage make a sound like PIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII so it plz

just a note for col5 - succubus attacks hit the invisible goblin into the air and sometime he lands behind ur troops, and therefore has a free run on ur castle. found it much easier if i didnt use succubus :)

to won the cave 5 use the dwarf enginner,succubus,memaids,centaursgoblins and cannons,in spells use:comet strike,athena protection,phoenix,thunder,heal and meteor strike,to beat the cave 5 wait in your castle to all troops and send to attack,if the invisible goblin is coming to you use athena protectionand thunder and meteor with him

i won all the caves so easily with : black knight ,succubus ,mermaid,magic cannon ,witch,gobblins, healing spell lightning bolt, fenix , berserker spell ( i did 5 cave first ), hercules strenght and athena protection. it was really easy :D

Here's my guide to all of the over-asked questions again- 1. You get cards as your hero levels up, 10 per hero, but some heroes get the same cards. 2. Grullborg Grimtooth, the Green Orc hero, has the highest max mana at 3500. Each hero is different. 3. You unlock Cave of Trials after beating the game once, and starting a New Game Plus. 4. In COT5, there is an invisible goblin that does 999999 damage. You aren't supposed to kill him, you keep him back with Mermaid water shots while the rest of your troops kill the castle. Another option is to use all ranged units, and goblins+ yetis. this holds him back until the castle dies. 5. To beat the caves, you need cards from all heroes- at least one of every "class"- Yellow+Green, both Blues, and Orange and Red get similar cards, but the more the better. Hope people bother to read this.

The transparent goblin was a pain, but centaurs, succubi and mermaids knocked him away from my units. I'm glad i read this strategy in previous comments, otherwise i'd be still stuck. Cool game

the 999999 golbin has infinite hp you cannot kill it. use invincibility and rush the castle.
