My cards: Goblin, taurus, dragon, Dwarf, cannon, fire succubus. i send up my hero and a succubus or two, and send when my pop. is maxed or when they die =P

As the title promised, this game is epic.
Loads of fun with simple mechanics.

I just wait at the castle with meteor, phoenix, hercules, and invulnerability. I use meteor to take out ranged mobs, and to agro the other hero before I reach his castle. Once Phoenix is charged, start moving. As soon as you hit the others castle, immediately cast phoenix, hercules, and inv, and the fight is over. Phoenix will arrive in time to wreck the revenge wave.

Btw it can be done W/o the mermaid, (as i don't have it and don't feel like going thru the game a third to get it :D)
i used Dwarf engineer Fire Succubus, Goblin Soldier, Bomber, Taurus, Black Knight. Skill Cards=Freeze trap, Pheonix Strike, Lightnig Bolt, Healing Wave, Hercule's, Athena's.
I waited till all my units where near Max number, keeping the captian out to take care of the guys, and swarming for a moment for him to heal. when it was time to go slightly before half way i unleashed the Pheonix, by the time it reached the other side you should be near there. then i used freeze trap and once that let up then Lighning bolt. then Athena/Hercule and let loose. he stayed up at his castle the whole time and i was immune for the 1 shot. he got maybe 1 small wave down before the castle was destroyed. i used the Healing Wave for when it was time to charge in just to be safe(and only thing i could afford anyways :D)

keep aliveCOT5 GUIDE, It was pretty easy, I just used Centaur,Mermaid,Witch,Dwarf Engineer, Taurus, and Goblin. For Skill Cards I used Comet Shoot,Freeze Trap,Phoenix Strike,Athena Protection,Hercules Strength and Lightning Bolt.1)When you start the match wait at your castle until you have reached max population.2)once you have max pop. use the comet to kill the bombers in the middle and charge,and once you charge your soldiers send the phoenix strike so the goblin won't go attacking u. 3)Then use the freeze trap to stop him from moving 4)Then use the thunderbolt to stun him again so ur army has time to reach the castle 5)Once ur army reaches the castle use Athena protection,and Hercules Strength so u can take out the castle quickly. Hopefully This Will Help Someone THIS REALLY WORKS, PLEASE KEEP IT ALIVE

The game is actually a lot more fun as I unlocked more cards. The lag is killing me though when 115 troops march out.

I liked the change of style from 2, this one didn't have the annoying upgrade once you enter battle system, and the automatic unit respawns were a good idea for a truly epic war

Just noticed someone put a guide up... word of advice, if your using that method:
DON'T USE EXPLOSIVE TROOPS OR MAGIC!
This will sometimes make the goblin fly over your mermaids and well... gf...

Just got the final badge... The first epic war was ace... the second even better! but.. this one is a let down (compaired to the 1st/2nd). Dont get me wrong, this is still a good game; its just not as good ='( 4/5

i like this game but it doesn't seem to follow the other two and to tell the truth atfter playing the other two i have to say i like them a little bit better then this one. if you make another game in this series please give it some sort of story line but keep the way you play it the same. i like it better with the cards. and please make it a little less time consuming and somewhat more challenging cause this one is pretty easy just takes forever to beat. 5/5

Here's a guide. Please keep it alive. 1. You get cards as your hero levels up, 10 per hero, but some heroes get the same cards. 2. Grullborg Grimtooth, the Green Orc hero, has the highest max mana at 3500. Each hero is different. 3. You unlock Cave of Trials after beating the game once, and starting a New Game Plus. 4. In COT5, there is an invisible goblin that does 999999 damage. You aren't supposed to kill him, you keep him back with Mermaid water shots while the rest of your troops kill the castle. Hope people bother to read this. 5. It's probably a good idea to complete the conquest as all the characters before attempting to beat the COTs

sigh.i cant beat COT 5 even with guides lol.Is there another alternative way to do it whiout the Marmaid?,cus i dont have it and i dont want tod do a complete campaing with a hero JUST to get that card.If there arent a way,then,what hero does get the Mermaid card??? XD

for games plus, i use fast meelees for early battles. easier conquests that way. then, at COT mermaids, succubus, and mage cannon.

WoW characters are retarded. and WoW isnt worth the money it costs. Its a mediocre game. The graphix arent as great as they claim to be. Infact ive seen FREE games with much better gameplay and graphix then WoW. play Perfect World. you can customize you character down to the size of the cheek bones if you want to. WoW is an overpriced game and this game has NOTHING to do with it.

First of all people who say they are fantasy characters used in the game and World of Warcraft (WoW), they are wrong because yes, the Red Hero is a High Elf. People who play World of Warcraft know that the High Elves named themselves Blood Elves, but the Dranie (Blue People with the Horn(s)) were invented by World of Warcraft. So everyone is RIGHT and WRONG!

i would think it would be nice if there was a quality button for the battle for some people like me don't like having to waste the time remembering to right click and go to quality every time we are in a battle
