8sighs* My big issue with this game, is it seems, well...automatic. Strategy isn't really a big deal for me, 90% of the time I can handle things by just waiting and assaulting. It requires a lot of replaying of older levels, too. If your stats are good...you just click assault and go get a beer. NOT a really fun game. But, it's a good timewaster.

The problem with this series is that it's tactical banality overshadows any strategic depth. While the variety of heroes and armies is interesting, choices on that level are ancillary to the bulk of the game. 95% of the game is the battles, and you can win any battle by pressing assault once. They're just boring.

Didn't you make this game already? I expected more changes between this and EW3 especially in a game that has promise to better than it is.

@highwind You don't. Try casting that invulnerablility spell and keep clicking assault so they move PAST the black goblin and kill the castle directly instead.

infact redfo i see what you mean, easily beatable, used shield and use melee units with high hp and use range units with high attack to beat them

Never mind, it was a bit out of the way to find it. Please make the mute button more obvious next time instead of making the whole options menu an icon.

instead of the BGM I decided to play Nyan Cat and Keyboard Cat MUCH more fun to kill people with Nyan Cat and Keyboard Cat :)

Why is it that all the games that have hard badges as the double points are games that I've never played but when theres games that I have beaten completely, the double points badge is always an easy or medium badge

IT really really needs a menu button... or a map button or something to get back without losing or doing a mission you dont mean to be doing, but it won't even be considered because this will be gone in five comments

Y'know, after playing up to Level 6 this isn't quite so bad. the issues still stand but it is more fun. (although that HUGE overflow of Mad Bulls and heroes on levels 2+3 (respectively) is friggin RIDICULOUS)

Huh. In response to the scrolling top comment (by helltone) if you hold your mouse at either end of the screen and then press in the opposite direction in the keyboard, you will "quick scroll" to the other side of the map. releasing the key brings you back to the other side, and taking the mouse off will leave you there.

Why does the character's sword slash take so long? I'd rather have single slices than shockwaves that take forever after the actual slashes.

This game is so boring... Units almost don't obey orders (particularly, heroes seem to refuse to fall back within a reasonable delay) so there's no strategy involved. And the gameplay is so sloooooooooooooowwwwwwww, this massively needs a speed up button.

Not to mention the fact Im on Level 4 ATM and the enemy is spawning some freaking super-soldier that kills 99999999999999 Goblins and my hero practically all by herself.

Sorry, didnyt mean to say your hero. Im so tired lol... I meant to say your familiars. Can't get enough out in time to protect the Hero

Tell me when this comment hits 100 minuses, but I really just don't like this game. It's flawed in so many ways... The attack frames are choppy and they continue on even after all the enemies are killed. The upgrades, even early on, are highly expensive (level 3 comet (first spell) costs you 9000 Gold already!). Also, the enemies are at your castle when you've barely spawned your first hero half the time and thus you have no back-up followers (like goblins) to protect him and give you a fighting chance. It just seems like after three other games it's just too weak to show any possible improvement to me. >This is what a comment about not liking a game should look like, not "dis gaime sux 0/5 terible"< I give it a 3/5.
