I paused, surrendered, then started a new battle. All the characters from the last battle were still there, including my hero. wash, rinse, repeat, and now I have 4-5 heroes of the same type on the screen.

I wholely agree with the best comments. Needs speed up buttons, mute, hotkeys, click for scrolling and, might I add, some grammar change. It's not the best I've seen, and capitalization is another problem.

I miss the blood and gore with flying bodies when you kill people because when theres no gore in massive war its no fun because its called EPIC war not for kids war but I understand that people lag so its no problem for me.

Really quite Epic... excellent work on the animations and style overall. Gameplay is also nice, but the epic animations and units are what makes it a clear 5 in my book.

noticed a few bugs with the dorf hero and the monkey thing that throws rocks... I don't think they damage the enemy castel, the projectiles just bounce off...

Original was fun, first sequal was more of the same, third was a snore, and this one just doesn't deserve to exist. Without significant upgrades to the game, not just new units and arrows, the sequels just aren't worth the time.

In my opinion, it was definitely worth the wait. Sure, the concept is exactly the same as the other three games, but this game has brought with it so many improvements. For one, my favorite, removal of blood and gore, which has probably brought down the performance of many others PC's. Another great and significant improvement is the fact that it is now easier to move individual units, without using that older and clumsy card system. Another thing I personally enjoyed is the new upgrade system. I definitely prefer this one over the old one, where you had to wait and hope to get a new card, instead of buying it now pretty much when you think you need a new one. A few other minor improvements such as better and more detailed backgrounds, new music and slightly sleeker animations also add to the improvement of this series. Also, in response to the comments on spell hotkeys, I honestly didn't think they were necessary, and never really have been. 5/5 for you, rudy. =D

The Epic War series reminds me, of Shrek: the first and second were great, but the third and fourth were pretty mediocre.
