I Absolutely Love how in the first few levels theres this Massive Dark castle only releasing small Goblins haha, And also i think my castle is driving around in the middle of the night and picking fights with other castles.

Another worthwhile suggestion would be a separate upgrade option for a set number of a particular unit instead of spending on more and stronger units...You could have many and weaker or fewer, but stronger units, with slightly different colors and better weapons. Of course you would eventually arrive at the same point for a fully upgraded unit, but it would add to the game for tactics on which paths you take.

There are 3 things, that I know of, that can kill black goblin: 1) Meteor, 2) Sky Dragon, 3) Angel. Good luck getting the titans over to the other side on hard/epic modes, takes forever. That's the most annoying map, ever on epic, cuz of the falling goblins.

way to take what could be a fast pace game, and make me bring a book. It's got replay value and variety. a book, i kid you not, i have gone through chapters before completing the game, not including the bonus levels. going onto hard, but man there's no need for this, and what's with the 10 minute attack animation, like learn how to maketransitional animation, instead of just pausing the frames, ffs. you make me want to make my own game.
think i will, zombie version, you don't even have it going up or down a hill, it's all just a flat land between badly drawn castles.
if this was done as 2 colors you'd have better detail in the drawings like upgrade details, and such...

i agree half with hunter caue if you do the changes on units then the game get 3x as big and the it would also have to be different on the hard and epic lvls
but if we get it it would make the game even more awesome(if that is even possible)
and then we would be verry good(im dutsh so dunt juge my spellingof words)

725,455 Gold total from the Goblin swarm.
Necessary stuff: Popo lvl1, Goblin lvl5, Pixie lvl5. Cassandra lvl1, Celestial Angel lvl1, Diablos lvl1. Magician lvl1, Lord of Fire lvl1, Sky Dragon lvl2.
Meteor blast lvl2 and berserk lvl1.
Use Meteor blast whenever you see a shadow goblin (Optional). The game basically runs itself.

This game can be really hard in the early beggining. In fact, i think it is impossible to avance without repeating early levels sometimes. However, at some point, it becomes ludicrously easy. Why? Because you may stock your mana and use several consecutive shields (as long as you have both fully upgraded), allowing you units to kill the enemy base without being afected.
Also, the goblin challenge makes it too easy to farm money. Just leave your units killing them... and even if you cant win the game you still win lots of money...
I would suggest to return to the old sistem of cooldown, just like in epic war 3, instead of this one (mana), due to that problem.
Still, nice game :)

@Darkportals It costs more mana for better attacks because they're heavier hits. Think of it in a different form; if you were to punch someone lightly, you would need barely any strength, but if you were to punch them hard, it would require more strength and energy.

Why must it cost MORE mana when you upgrade? why not more power and LESS mana Am I the only that think it is strange?

aww.. i am confused ... how do we upgrade mana ... i have that tower spell and it costs 210 mana .. i have only 200 ...please help me ..

I really enjoyed this work. Just one little advice: troops are not friendly with the player, it's nearly impossibile arrange them on the battlefield the way you like it. You should add some default battle formations to increase the game depth. As someone else said units are too anarchist, the player must be able to arrange EXACTLY in their position, without suicidal ai-determined move. If I order to a man (or a demon, or a beast, or else xD) to ignore a nearby target and go further i should be able to do this, my click on the map with the selected unit should be dominant above all. I realle apologize for my freaky english, i hope you understand. Keep working, this saga is truly excellent.

The Walkthrough method is no longer useful because seems like the mana required has been adjusted? Either that or his got it at level 1, but duration is awfully long for a level one if that's what he used in the video...

I like how the loading screen says epic war 3 is the most epic so far! I guess 4 was a step back for the programmers.

Thanks guy for the advice.
Enlightening, I'll buy the dragon and try that.
Shinypayload, what's that meteor spell called?

Unlike the previous ones, this one is impossible to play it straight through without farming or dying at least once...even on normal is what I am saying...Good challenge but after a while find it a bit too hard to farm...great game!
