No ur wrong they need to advance couse if not u wont be able or it will be very hard to win some of lvls. For example the last one on epic if they would not advance boss would rush for ur castle.

this game is just rediculous at times. sure they can retreat whenever they want, but when i tell them to move to position suddenly its attack everything on sight... MOVE YOU STUPID UNITS!!!!

hey guys on the goblin challenge all you need to do is use your sky dragon. it takes a long time but everytime he attacks a goblin he inches forward. and he can kill the black goblins cuz hes nonelemental. wait. maybe they are imps. idk thats not important. but yeah just use your sky dragon. and if he eever starts to lose health just use heal on him.

So, basically, the gameplay is unchanged since the first one. The strategies used are pretty much the same, and it still takes a zillion hours of staring at what is effectively an overly dramatized progress bar to either win or lose (Barring extremely one-sided battles).
Players might as well still be playing the first of four identical games, which wasn't all that good to begin with. Then again, at least it isn't luck-based or anything like anybody else's game, so it's not all bad. It's a good time waster for when everything else on the internet has already been played to death. 2/5 +1 for the quality albeit flavourless graphics, so 3/5

When i surrender and then i go to a new stage, i see all the units i had when i surendered and all the enemies that were there when i surrendered.

Sweet continue.Still i vote it needs mute button click + if you agree and i think it woud be cooler if the Titants have Death Rattle Effect - maybe when the fire lords die,shoud spread a fire at the place he died and do some fire dmg.

@kabuki i do think that it's unfair since that horseman charges into battle yelling "AAAAAGGGHHH!!!!" then dies even if he's at level 5 :P that's why i replaced him with the queen. but when you can UPGRADE YOU HEROES.

What i dont like:
- I cant see when skill expires (shield for example)
- no speed-up button
- I miss the arrow-tower from EW1 and EW2
- I am forced to play through the levels 3 times (normal, hard, epic)
- having to wait for my Hero to be ready when I start a lvl
Rated it 3/5, a decent work, but too many issues that i dont like about it.

you need to fix that they can put 20 very strong men out at the same time. i was playing level 3 on hard and then 20 mighty guardians came out all at once

My biggest problem with these games is that your commands are constantly overridden by the AI. A perfect example is the Goblin Madness level. First, getting ONLY my sky dragon and diablo to leave the base is annoying because the other long range minions is ALWAYS move out no matter how many times I mash retreat. Then, when they face the black goblin, no matter how much I hit march, the dragon will sit back and face the other way, letting the diablo get slaughtered. I feel like I'm only half playing because the computer does whatever it wants anyway.

To go for goblin level try to destroy the castle before the dark goblin comes out ...
How can i beat the last boss (Level 16) ? All units maxed, waited until mana max, even with time stop activated, i can´t see his energy going down ! Impossible ...

wow, i started a game on level 7 and hit the assault button expecting to die but make a few gold while I was AFK mowing the lawn, and I came back about 20 mins later to find i was WINNING without ever pressing anything besides "assault" in the beginning. this should really really really be in the Idle category cuzz you do absolutely nothing and you still can win.
