omg, when i want my sky dragon to beat goblin madness i dont mean for it to turn arround, do like a 10 second attack animation on 1 measly goblin that slips past. Took me forever

one thing that consistently annoys me is the fact that troops advance without my consent. i want them to hold a formation, not take off. if it wasn't for this irritating quirk, great game. With this quirk, good game.

great game only thing I hate is that my units decide when they want to attack i'm specifically looking at you popo (he seems to do it the most) and that most of the time my heroes die because they had to finish their animations before retreating

if you hold down the numder of a spell the press space it wil countiune to fire untill your mana is lowered passed its limit

epic war 5 should have the turret attached to the castle like in the 1 & 2 not where you need to use mana to get the turret

Epic war 2 was better. there's no ballista and i don't like the card-based things in 3+4. Much better than 3, though... Still, #2 is the best. 3/5.

to win 50.000 Gold in the Bigban level you only have to chose fast units like were tigers and press assault, the units will go to the castle and will destroit, only press assault and you can leave it alone, come back in one or two minutes and its done. in hard mode you win 75.000 gold in te same way, take care of the revenge wave, the have ka-booms and the can kill your units. click + if you have 50.000 gold or more whit this ^^

These comments are GREAT FEEDBACK but what is the point to them all if they dont make Epic War 5. PLEASE VOTE UP THIS COMMENT TO SHOW THEM HOW BIG THE MARKET IS TO MAKE AN EPIC WAR 5. ONCE THEY SEE THERE IS ALOT OF VOTES IT WILL INCREASE THE CHANCE FOR MAKING EPIC WAR 5.

For people complaining about the screen not scrolling fast, remember that you have three methods of scrolling - moving your mouse to the right/left side of the screen, pressing either a/d, or pressing left/right. All three of these methods stack for faster scrolling, so you can move your mouse to the side of the screen, and press d, for fast scrolling to the other side. + if helpful.

i used to like the epic war games. 1 was pretty good. 2 was amazing. 3 was decent. 4 well was disappointing. seriously epic war is all about strategy. there is hardly anyt strategy involved. only the graphics a bit better. is this rated high because its so easy?????

It could be better. Teh problem is that this game lost it's "Epic character". The storyline isn't to great and the creatures are to important.
If it would be a fifth (Epic war 5) then it would be awessome if the player could move the hero with arrows and attack with space , upgrade hero manualy with points and use powers with him.

Okay, look.
For the 3 challenges:
1) The black imp resists all forms of attack, so you need a non elemental attack, which means Celestial Angel, Sky Dragon, or Meteor.
2) Rush the castle with all troops. Like, the second your heroes are up, hit assault. Either you'll destroy the castle, or you'll blow up the bomb before it gets in range of your base. Since everything has to get past it to go to the castle, everything attacks it for a while.
3) Popo, Succubus, Celestial Angel, Sylphs, and probably most of the other ranged attack units (with the exception of epic tank) can hit Baal from outside of his view range. You just have to be careful, because his attack range is a different story. If any of your units is seen, they're all gonna die. :/

I pass the game in epic and i kill the big red guy and the epic yeti, i kill all the most powerfule monster on the game and i passed

Most awesome use of a timestop:
1. Kill a Big Bang.
2. Use the timestop the instant shafts of light erupt from the Big Bang.
3. Quickly call a retreat.
Watch your troops swagger back to base while nuclear fury freezes in place behind them. Then turn those same troops around and do it again and again against a neverending procession of Big Bangs.
