Huge tip for making money. Play the goblin madness level and leave it on over night. I made almost 6 million by doing that. I got every single upgrade with that much money.

anyone know how to beat the black fire lord on the final level on hard? i continually attack it and it says i apparently am doing damage but there is no health bar and -if- i attack it the castle's health goes down VERY slowly. is that supposed to happen or is there a different method to beat it?

ok. only complaint is the difficulty curve is kinda like taking a ramp into a brick wall. it might just be me but it seems like you have to grind to get on par with your current level.

Any tips for the final challenge on epic? It's the only level I'm missing, and the walkthrough doesn't work(because the time stop spell's mana cost was raised). I've even fully upgraded everything, but I still can't do that level. Any help?

your units only move past the opponents when u use the assault command, use the march command to make them go forward and kill everything in their path. The assault is a blitz. The same is true for defensive moves as well.

Very good game, if there is ever a Fifth one, you need to fix the fact that troops advance when enemy troops are nearby, we need to be able to post our soldiers somewhere and be confident that they wont move past your commands + if you agree still need some work. Scroll needs to be faster, click to scroll on the minimap, need x2 x3 speed button, autosave, button to shut sound/music off ingame, hotkeys. Game is very good, but listen to community and it will get better.

Why do game "designers" feel they just need to add minimal, insignificant, purely cosmetic features to games that were already dull and overdone in the first place? This is THE SAME GAME as all the three instalments, with all the weaknesses, flaws and horrors kept intact. The "designer" still hasn't learnt to come up with an actual challenge, so the game still unloads a huge wall of enemies when the castle hits half of its health. That is a ridiculous feature! Why does it STILL happen?? It is insane how the same game keeps getting more and more badges, just because the "designer" adds one to the number at the end of the name.

the guild upgrade does not work i got it fully upgraded then tried a battle i beat before and got the same amount of money as i did with out any of the guild upgrades

K, so on Final Challenge, Epic mode, what I did was level up stop (skill) to max and then just send all units (not heros) to attack castle. YOu have to engage pretty early so its not like you can chain your stops so the yeti never attacks, just keep on running your units to him so your castle doesnt take damage. Hope this helps

if you need to farm gold, play the black goblin level. you want the sky dragon and if possible the angel as well. the next four slots are to be taken up by were tigers, ghosts and a unit of your choice preferably one that can also deal damage to many units at once. the for the last unit i recomend pixies to give your units a longer lasting impact.
then get your heroes to the far left (they do not fight in this battle) and you can pretty much go afk.
the money comes from the sheer number of goblins you kill, making the loot money much more valuable than the bonus. this ends when the dragon finally reaches the enemy castle and takes it down. if your dragon is killed then it will just continue to farm.
if at any point you need to quit, jsut surrender and you still get loot.

If anyone was wondering how to defeat Level 9: Shooting Star on Epic, I'd be happy to tell you this. First, you'll need to setup Phantom Ghost max, Pixie max, and Epic Tank max, for the titans, I did Sky Dragon, Lord of Fire, and Celestial Angel. For skills, The needed is max shield or max timestop. So, what I did is I made the Phantom Ghosts, Pixies, and Epic Tanks to charge because they are more suitable and able to take more damage from the cyan Elf Snipers. The tanks, however, are immune to the cyan Elf Snipers. And don't worry if your guys take damages, the pixie would heal them up, better with more numbers as the maxium capacity for the pixie is 7, which does very good against these cyan Elf Snipers. If you're taking heavy casualties, you could use the timestop or shield, to either stop the Elf Snipers attacking for a while, or make your units invunerable to any hostile actions from the Elf Snipers.

Just a tip for picking your units. For heroes, pick Kara the Slayer, Simon the Magician, and Cassandra the Queen. Picking these three heroes give you a great depth of variety. You have sword combat from Kara the Slayer, magic combat from Simon the Magician, and range combat form Cassandra the Queen. For units, use goblins and epic tanks. Goblins have a high population and a low spawning time. Epic cannons are extremely strong and can affect a lot of people in a certain spot. For the remaining spots, use them for titans. For skills, the most useful ones are Phoenix Strike, TimeStop, Shield, and Healing. For the rest of the open spots, pick whatever you like. And remember to uprgade. Hope this helps.

you go to where you put your hero and monsters in the slots, and the spells are at the bottom of the screen. click and drag them to the slots at the side of where you put the monsters/heroes. it is a flame and there are 6 dark circles on it. just drag the spells to the slots and you can use them in battle by pressing the numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6 or by clicking on the icon and then just click where you want it. some spells, like the epic tower and the pheonix, don't matter where you click, it will always do the same thing. btw, the epic tower is summoned just in front of of your castle and you can press up and down to change it's angle of shooting. hope this helped =)
