Just a few missing things:
A speed up button (yeah, yeah, I get it. Already been said.)
A mute button. Really, this should be a basic addition to any game.
A surrender button! How was this left out?!?! I realize just after I start a fight that I forgot to equip a unit, and now I either reload the page, losing all of my unsaved data, or I sit there and wait for ten minutes? Really? Kinda ridiculous.

What seems, to me, to be a major flaw in the whole series: Would be better if the enemy used the same unit mechanics as the player...

i beat the golden angel with celestial angel dragon beserk and meteor blast and i acutally got perfect and killed the angel twice in 10 min.

I'm having save issues. I got through a couple of levels... I pressed save after each time, and I come back today and my games is not there. This EW isn't as fun as the other ones, and I don't think I want to spend so much time replaying the same thing.

No offense to anyone, but Epic War 1 was more or less a demo but still enjoyable despite so-so graphics. Epic War 2 had a story line that made you feel like the fate of the world depended on you playing the game, balanced characters, tactics for upgrading during battles(after bought of course) and all characters playable except Black Dragon. Epic War 3 was more or less a card game that Epic War 4 expanded to. Epic War 4, I don't know. Its easy, yet confusing i.e. characters move backwards and forwards yet don't stop defensevly? Only 2 units/hero? Built around upgrading units the majority of the time? Set and forget tactic? EW2, EW1, EW4, EW3 is my "Fun-Factor" ranking of the series.

epic win!i surendered a fight, eqwuipped a new unit, and when i tried again my old self was still pwning them, so i had 2 times the units!pwn!

Didn't come out right okay just gonna say Epic War 1 is Awesome, epic war 2 is best game ever, epic war 3 is.. alright... epic war 4 is just epic terrible!

I'm somewhat angry about this game. It's kind of like the new "Last Airbender" movie, I watched the cartoons and eveything but the movie was a let down, just like this game. I'm not saying Epic War is a bad game, actully I love the series, I'm just saying that this is basicly the 3rd game with alittle change. Like how epic war 2 and epic war 3 are very different, but the creators should take some more time and change things up, as in use your head... Try to think of what will make this game more fun and amazing not how can we make this look alittle better. But as a flash game this is a solid 4.5/5 hands down. Just would have liked to see something different then the 3rd game...

Wow no offence but this game sucks. I liked epic war 1, epic war 2, kinda epic war 3, it was starting to go down, now this? You ashamed yourself. This is fail, and copyed most icons from epicwar 3

To defeat that very last level on Epic (the one with the gigantic snow ape), just use the time stopper with 4 titans. Don't let the gigantic snow ape hit you or advance to your castle! This was a fun game :)

To the Author: this game has a major bug
When you surrender, you see a hero or the people that you had on the screen back when you surrendered. This makes the hero broken and leaves a page that seems to be the background because the castle doesnt break but it dies. it has happened reapeatedly to me as i did tests. please fix

i surrendered in a level to adjust some things and when i went back into the level my hero was still standing there but it didnt do anything. he was just kinda sittin there.

on lvl13 ... goblin horde ... a black goblin spawned and he can not be killed ... is it just me or other people getting this guy?

Hmm.. I can't find the speed up x100 button. Maybe you should make it bigger since it would be used so often.
I'm just reading the comments while waiting for my troops to destroy the castle. This means two things: This game requires no skill, and it NEEDS a fast forward button. Up to 20x. It take about 6 minutes for my newbie troops to destroy the enemy castle, and I don't wanna sit and wait that long. The lower level castles need less health.

Suggestions:
Yes the 2x, 4x, etc speed multiplier (make it something to unlock, beat all levels normal, get the speed multiplexer, or a item to buy)
When clicking on unit in the bottom left area (where hero and two units are) have not only a Yellow arrow above their head in the game, but in the generic map (bottom right) have it indicate which ones are that unit. You can only see a percentage of the entire map at once, but I want to know where my _____ units are...
Great game as it is! I do miss firing things from my castle...

Titans are extremy strong, I used Lord of fire and Great Diablos to kill the sky dragon in level 10!(only Great Diablos is enough)
