Despite flaws, game have good points too, I don't see why so many people complain.
At any rate, it need badges. Like for getting all achievements, completing challenges/stages on epic and so.

lol lord of baal is VERY EASY at least if u have freeze time and lord of fire. just send out ur lord of fire and do freeze time every 10 seconds until mana is used up. the lord of fire will get to baal and baal cant attack ur lord ;). so just sit down and ur lord does evrything.

i found a glitch, if you start a mission and make the hero go to the enemy castle, pause and surrender, start the stage again your previous hero will be there and you can summon the same hero, but the hero can't attack, but can be used as a meat shield.

How the hell do you beat the golden angel of doom? Seriously, I had cannon guy stay behind his attack range, but he eventually catches up. I can't produce units fast enough.

i would like a hero selection at the beginning. Each hero gets a unique starting unit and such. i actually like 3 the best because you were going against all kinds of armies instead of just down a path like 1 & 2, you also had different start locations with different types of units and each race was different to play and start with it was fun. this is too linear.

i just wanted to say that in the game it sais that the fire lord absorbs explosions but he dies when big bang explodes

if you want to beat the game just get all the titons level up your leaders to final level and get the most powerfull troops make youre gold bonus biger by making the batle longer.

I love the epic war series. So far this one isn't the best though. I think the third one is my favorite.
The first one was truely epic and had a really good flow, the second one didn't have as good flow and you had to replay lots of levels just to level up your units enough, that was annoying. The third one had a perfect flow, and still there was challenges I really enjoyed that one. Played through the game enough times so I played with all teams, and first playthrough I beat all the challenges.
This one have a bit of that grinding that takes away from the fun, but it have the really interesting tech tree from first one back. Second ones tech tree was really boring, and third one didn't have one.
So far I place this one inbetween second and first one ordering them 2nd < 4th < 1st < 3rd my opinion might change about that though.

It's annoying seeing more people are posting immature comments here than usual compared to other games, it makes me want to rant/swear, here's a tip for noobies, if you can't beat a certain level, either think tactically, or grind(repeat) on lower levels until you can have enough gold for upgrading stuff

this is a very enjoyable game to pass time, but i have noticed that there are some unrealistic charictoristics suck as, the lord of fire has a shadow underneath it... fire's a light source so why would it cast a shadow? i think this game needs better graphics and whoever else thinks so, click the +

you need a "move past the goblin assassin with out stopping to attack him" command. since they kill you in one hit and are invincible. i tried to get the goblin madness quest done on epic and after about an hour i get it down to 75%. of course the death horn blows and 3 goblin assassins pop out with a bunch of meaningless other goblins and (unlike the other ones) just keep walking straight for your base until they kill it. at least in EW2 they only killed one unit at a time. in this they kill every thing in a small area in front of them making it impossible to spamm past them since all your units stop to attack them. you cant even stop time and MAKE your units go past them they just wont listen. so any way need a move with out attack command. otherwise goblin maddness is unbeatable on epic.

Anyway, this also works best if you DONT use Titans. So its a much cheaper way to win epic levels.

and by the way there is hotkeys so people stop complaining about there isn't.

Here's how to beat EVERYTHING:
1: IMPORTANT Upgrade your shield/mana to maximum.
2: OPTIONAL? Upgrade goblins or engineers to maximum for fodder.
3: OPTIONAL! Upgrade the main units you will be using.
IN BATTLE:
1: Keep your heroes safe by the castle.
2: (EXCEPT LAST OPTIONAL LEVEL ON EPIC) let your army and mana grow.
3: Ideally attack with full troops/mana. Not possible on some levels, but it still works. Send everything you got out. time your shield for when the big creatures (big bang, big demon, angels, etc) starts their attacks, these give you plenty of time. Enough units usually slip by to take out the castle first. Keep the shield up, should just hit the castle behind them. Start the shield a bit earlier with the shadow goblin and the huge Yeti you can only see the bottom 1/3rd of. Keep your shield up, it should last for about 48 mana ticks, start earlier just to be safe. Don't need meteors, phoenix, or skill.
