I liked the game at first but after doing the same thing over and over, it's much too grindy without enough variety also the responsiveness of the commands is quite lacking.

IMHO: 1 - Maximize shield (better than stoptime: 80 mana [against 95 of ST], same duration and your troops never get hit). 2 - Attack fastest as possible, so you can hit the castle before AND after the spam. If you stay on your castle, during your attack you can't kill all titans/epic monsters before you get on enemies castle. Even with shield+rage+wathever on. This won't work on challenge 2: stay with your troops until you have 400 mana, after this, assault+spam shield. 3 - When your units are attacking the castle, use shield ONLY when have something troubling on screen (I mean Epic Monsters OR Titans, 'cause they kill all units that are attacking the castle and you will have much work to arrive in the castle again). 4 - When the shield's time is on 2, use shield again. This make your spell still active.5 - Max all troops that you want to use, for less time (which saves your mana) to destroy/kill.

To be honest, the troops are so REBELLIOUS! When I commanded FALL BACK, that means GO BACK TO THE BASE and DON'T GO FORWARD but instead they keep on moving forward if they are being attacked!!! WAIT FOR MY COMMAND "ASSAULT" PLEASE!!! FOLLOW YOUR COMMANDER!!! SO REBELLIOUS!!!

Every level in the game, except for level 15 (use popo, angel, and succubi), and level 13 (it's easier to use the dragon), can be easily beaten by spamming all of the best melee units and the shield spell. I beat level 16 on epic in around three minutes with this method.

i love everything about this series, but my only complaint is that there is not speed option like in epic war 5, if this would be done, this would be faster, please and thanks

Damn, the maxed out Shield spell with 400 mana is ridiculous. Your units get like three minutes of continuous invincibility before you have to recharge your mana.

I have a nice idea, but I highly doubt it will even be considered. After each upgrade of Units and Heroes, their appearance should change slightly, Goblins got a little more beefy, then maybe a little slower. For Mad Bulls maybe their weapon could change slightly, from a wooden hammer to an iron hammer, and so on. Who thinks this would be a nice little addition to this already great game

Great game, though it has a few shortcomings. But then every game does. My only real complaint is the lack of visual changes with upgrades. Would be really nice to see that concept implemented in the next installment.

I think there's too much grinding, but that's pretty much par for the course. Leave the game on overnight on a level that dribbles out enemies at a manageable rate, and you might get a decent amount of gold when you wake up.

I feel like if I can get through the first five levels by just hitting assault and walking away, maybe there's not a whole lot to the game...
