awesome, but shield is too strong... I can plow through any epic stage with max shield max mana (400). Make it do like 90% protection instead of complete invulnerability or something...

Only 4 commands are needed:
1.) Attack~Means move forward ONLY.
2.) Retreat~Means running back QUICKLY ignoring enemy troops.
3.) Stand Ground~Means stand and defend position WITHOUT moving forward.
4.) All or Specific Troop sub-command needed so some troops attack, some stand ground and some you can retreat to recover.
~This game would be much, much more fun with these commands and save a lot of frustration!

I hate it when people just rate a comment down just because they share their opinion, or just because they think its funny. But 5/5 game. Took some time to beat in epic, But it was worth it.

tiny thing that i liked about the 3th epic war, when you upgrade the time it takes for them to spawn is still the same here unlike the 3th, main reason i upgraded my units in the 3th were the maximum amount of units and their time before they increase in numbers

I think it would be better if you could have some regular medieval soldiers instead of these random fantasybeasts :(
I don't know about you, but I prefer epicness over fantasy :P

if there is gonna be a 5th epic war i think it would be nice if there is a good and a bad campaign. and that see a change on your units if you upgrade them.just like in 2 where you saw your castle change when yo upgraded it that would be nice.but for the rest its an awesome game 9/10....+ if you agee with me

Popo is frick'n amazing! Use the dragon only to deter black imps coming towards your base, make him wait, and put a maxed out Popo behind him. Buffer with mad bulls. (they move slow and stay far enough away from each other that only 1-2 die at a time)
The slow whittle of one or two spikes will eventually put down the castle with barely anybody engaging you. Also gets around the non-popo units apparently being afflicted with ADD.
As far as Baal goes, I just rushed him with cheap units. The mad bulls kept each other busy while the cannon fodder swept past him and tackled the castle. Valkyries, heroes, magic cannons stay back at the castle. Whenever he turns around to destroy the castle hackers, he lets another wave through.
btw, magic cannon+popo+sylphs+phantoms+viegraf for large groups, unbeatable combo

if u can beat goblin madness on hard it gives like 500k gold. only way for me to kill black gobs is to use sky dragon. but he takes way to long to get there so your pretty much screwed i blame Rudy for this. why cant u update so that you can your untites to specificly target monsters? that would help so much. you would target a monster it would attack all monsters before and after it.

And to anyone that says that you can't kill the last boss on epic, well you can, You just need alot of fire power. Which brings me to my next point. Maybe you should make the bosses harder. Baal can be beaten if you just get close enough to him and the last boss on epic, well, I didn't even need to use shield for most of the battle and i never lost one unit.

Great game. I would have liked to have seen a better story line to it but that's just me. There is one thing that pissed me off about this game though. There is no autosave feature. So I spent 2 or so hours beating all of the levels on epic mode. I was just about to do level XII (which was the last one I had to do since I beat all the extra levels on epic first) and my internet crashes. Which means that the page needed to be refreshed and... well lets just say my progress wasn't saved. I don't even want to look at this game anymore T-T
