Good game, a lot better than 3. I think its brilliant that you got rid of the the enemy's "last stand" where it sends roughly 5 times the size of any army possible if you hurt his base enough.

EASY BAAL WIN ON ALL DIFFICULTIES:
Setup: mighty guardian, valkyrie, elf sniper, angel, dragon, diablos, Level up timestop to max. First let only the elfsnipers attack, Baal won`t hit them. When your titans are ready and mana bar is full let attack them (only Titans). Use Time stop right before they are in Baal`s huge range. Then click the assault button and timestop him to death. With full mana you can kick his ass with one attack. On normal difficulty you can also hit him with epic tower spell.Don`t use the Fire Lord Titan, cause Baal will resist on hard and get healed on epic

Honestly, compared to the previous installments, it practically seems like this one was just rushed out to make cash. There's very little difference in gameplay from the third one, and the gameplay has been reduced to a dull grind...

good to see the addition of hotkeys, now i need to get used to pressing left and right to scroll instead of A and D. still too slow/easy/boring though. as soon as my heroes spawn i just press assualt and wait for the win. works on most levels even on epic

The fact that your hero can't stop in the middle of a combo is really annoying... and then there's the fact that your units can't heal, so you can have 25 units at minimum health for 5 minutes, then have them all decimated in one second and it takes three minutes to get them all back.

Here's some help. Challenge 1: Use Meteor Blast (Skill) or Sky Dragon (Titan) to kill the black imps. Challenge 2: Use Stop (skill) to slow bomb and aim upgraded Popo's(hero) attack to hit the center for max damage by moving him back and forth when needed. Challenge 3: Use Shield(skill) until your Diablos and/or Lord of Fire goes directly on the boss. Then go afk for a while. Final Challenge: Max shield(skill) and charge the base while keeping invincible up. Use imps to slow the boss from advancing.

there is a really nasty bug: when i select the comet spell and cast it, it won't go away untill i have spent every point of mana ... and when it regens for another spell the pointer changes to spellcasting again. it doesn't stop even if i press escape or click on the screen like mad for 2 minutes ...

It'd be useful if you could see a spell's cost when mousing over.. as it is, you can see it by clicking on it, but only if you don't have the mana for it... also, spell hot keys would be very much appreciated as well.

Honestly, I'd rather play Epic War 3 again. This game was buggy, slow, and pretty much didn't improve from the 3rd one. Graphics barely improved, you DID add some new units though. This game was far too easy.

umm, in challenge 1 an invincible (shadowy) goblin appeared that 1-hit kills everything but titans, wtf am i supposed to do about that!?

for the grind fest i'd recommend grinding on challenge #2 big bang its fast and easy just time stop and guard or shield

whew just FINALLY managed Hard on lvl IX... i WANT those blue arrow spammers! my strategy was to slowly move two Epic Tanks (deflect missles up and over!) up with Pixie healer support. and keep ALL the dumb heros back at start. wow. nice and helpful. Sylph and Succubus units hiding behind the tanks was the only way i could see to keep suicide "Ka-Boom" units out of my hair but these ladies had to be micromanaged to keep them from stepping into an arrow storm. now i just have to figure out where i'm going to spend this 40k gold... suicide bombers of my own were useful earlier but not when the enemy has cheap melee so i might try that too. lvl X on hard may be too much for me without grinding gold :C

if your confused about the 4 commands, fall back and assault apply to all units regardless of what is selected, including units that havent spawned yet. the inner 2 apply to your selected units.

I wouldnt have too much of a problem with 13s rigged black goblin if my units didnt stop to attack it therefore blocking the assault indefinetly.

the buttons at the bottom make ALL the units do that? what is the point of even selecting them then? trying to click and move units is fail by the time the game decides I've clicked in an OK spot the unit is dead.
the game is pretty much the same thing over and over again so why is the cash return so low that i have to keep playing the lower levels over and over again to get to the higher levels where basically the same thing happens. Hit assault... sit back. lose when the enemy castle vomits units.
haven't found a way (yet) to speed up the game or slow magic generation rate. units are too dumb to survive without firepower but it takes too long to charge up any spells.

Why are people complaining about hotkeys?
There are Hotkeys.
- left and right arrow to move camera stage
- a to select all, s to select all hero, d to select all units
- 1-6 hotkeys for spell
- qwertyuio hotkeys for units
- space bar to confirm units / spells placement
- p to pause

it is a pain in the ass that we MUST save before every single new game, or if we want to leave or simply concede the game, we LOSE previous unsaved things.

never understood why you changed the set up after the first 2 games but this is still great game better if you went back to the set up of the first 2

That dragon's just killing all of my troops. I guess it's useless to have troops, I'll just spam-repeat those first levels until I have enough money for those big dragons.

Your first 100k dude should be the dragon, the dragon is like the only thing that can kill the bloody black goblins... speaking of my current record for most cash is getting a little of 750k on the goblin mode on hard lol
