i think units should go to where i ask them and not stop to take on a goblin every 5 second. when i say kill that guy i mean THAT GUY not the little green things.

The first trial is ridiculously hard, in fact. TOO hard to be possible as a first trial, in scale with the other trials. I find the end game boring: No skills to upgrade and very little mana makes casting spells and any variance lacking. Hero becomes weaker than the average run-of-the-mill orc in the game, not even able to pick at any bosses later on. My advice is: make more skills, make experience spendable on increases mana and hero stats. Like this comment if you agree.

game is scaled badly the hero dies instantly in all the trials, the "epic" units don't even slightly compare to the trial enemies. And the trial enemies are usually just upscaled versions of your own units the game could use more actual skins, or characters or whatever they're called

Dunno I finished the game with all the bug fixes finally. Somehow the game does not seem as satisfying as the the third and fourth Epic war games (have not played the first two though heard they are awesome). It just seem more pointless then normal and just didn't give me as much satisfaction in repeating a level. Especially on the trial levels where the time required to kill a single boss unit took so long (even with the 3x speed) yet for the most part were not hard just tedious. (I could pass all but one stage with just an iron fortress with an omega seal even though it took forever)
However, I did like how the colossus level. It is a nice change of pace since you can win with just titans and regeneration spells until you obtained the Artlogic's Badge and place it on the lord of hell.
P.S. the DPS of the Lord of Hell is kinda lousy lol

it would be great if we could upgrade our mana during game play and have the arrow tower where the player control like it the earlier epic wars it would give the players something to do besides just calling spells while the units got fight just make it a little more active for the player

the only good side to Epic War 5 is probably the fact that now you can actually have a Lord of Hell. that thing is pretty entertaining to watch in 3x speed

i was thinking about the extra xp the hero has (after fully upgraded)...insted of going to waist whay should we be able to upgrade something like: faster manna regeneration, increasing manna size, faster deploiment for units; 5-20% increase/level/upgrade for all this upgrades
and maybe, with some huge xp chunk get a extra army slot (i m talking about 20-30k xp and limited to 1 upgrade for this one)

there needs to be a way to quickly select ranged vs. melee units. I'm always trying to send in the melee carefully and control the position of the ranged offense...

Also from my other coment have to do something with the extra exp like really guys... i only defeated 1 trial battle and my hero has 5.5k exp like make it change to HP or something because this is fuking annoying.

can you make the speed X3 button a bit more accessible? also, would be great if mouse-overs of the buttons reminded you of the hotkey

Having trouble? Equip some ranged units and move them a little bit up the battlefield, leave the game running overnight. Even if you lose you will gain several thousand enemy EXP.

My hero is dead when i let him/her battle its really anoying so please give the hero more hp it would be very nice and it would be easier to do campains and the other stuff. It would be nice too if he does more damage so you finish stuff much more faster.

As others have said this isnt to great to play while your hero has only like 2-3k hp and other units such as black dragon and that cannonball guy have well over 10k hp so u should scale the heros to have #1 more hp #2 more power #3 better defence if u did this im sure people would stop haveing bad issues of the game and shut the hell up on comments. Is there an accessory that is supposed to be between Phoenix Badge and Super Robo Suit? I have completed everything but only have 29. The description also says 30 units, so for those asking, there should be 5 empty unit slots on page 2, and 1 empty slot on page 3.

Havent used my hero all game and im all the way up to the trials i find the hero more of a liability than a unit he dies so quicklly so i dont even use him just ranged and a few strong melee units.All in all this game get like a 2.5 or 3.

This is a really really good game, but one problem that I see, in the different campaigns their aren't different troops, i mean at least change which ones you get but the same ones at the same level just isn't that fun, but still 5/5

TRIAL #4 Units: Black dragon (omega seal), Death (strike ring), Vampire warriors (platinum sword), any other infantry units (platinum swords). Strategy: keep using regen. spell on death and black dragon. keep doing this until hes dead. This is the hardest trial I think. TRIAL #5 Units: Vampire warriors. Tiger, Black dragon(omega seal), Death, Succubus, Elf Hunters. Strategy: wait until all of your units are ready click charge make your hero stay back. Now keep using the vampires regen on your high hp units. the rangers and spellcasters are just there to speed up the process of killing her.

TRIAL #1 Units: Goblins, Elf Hunters, Witches, Succubus, Elderly Wizards.(all units equipped with platinum sword. Strategy: Use the goblins to stop colossus from moving and keep the rangers away from his attacking range. keep using rage on the rangers. TRIAL #2 Units: Black Dragon(omega seal), Death (magic ring), Tiger (magic ring), Vampire warriors (anything), Succubus (platinum sword), Anything you choose(platinum sword) Strategy: All you need to do is get to the fortress with all your high hp units and keep using vamps regen. spell until the fortress is dead. The other units are just for getting to the fortress. TRIAL #3 Units: Black Dragon (omega seal), Death (slash ring), Succubus (platinum sword) Witch (platinum sword) Vampire slayers, (whatever), White tiger (slash ring). Strategy: wiat until all units spawn then use the volcano spell to lure each Hell King one at a time to kill them. use regen. spell when necessary.

You shouldn't have to select units to use their spells. That's my main complaint thus far. Pretty tight game all in all, and I appreciate that you're not afraid to keep reinventing things as the series progresses.

What a HUGE step back. All upgrades are monotonous. Not enough mana. Only 1 or 2 spells are worth it. Experience becomes worthless, as does your hero. This is like the 4th Indiana Jones movie. I'm going to pretend it never happend and go play 3 and 4 some more.
