Trial 1 Tip: COLOSSUS:Black Dragon(ring of strike) , White tiger(omega seal), Succubus(Platinum sword), Elder Sorcerer(Thunder rune), Goblins, Hobbits. Strategy: Place as many castles or any building but don't exceed up to 3 buildings. Use building #4 to stop Collosus (archer tower) PUT IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LEGS. It will completely stop Collossus and attack the tower BUT the good thing is, he can't hit it yet he will still attack it. Elder sorcerer is equipped with Thunder rune to stun any annoying enemies as well as Succubus with their magic since the boss is weak against magic. CENTAUR is your key unit since it provides the building and it cost 32 mp and he has range attack which is better than altar with 40mp and only heals your unit. Have whit tiger attack as often as possible to deal more damage and keep dragon close to Collosus but not too close as to hit dragon. Goblins and Hobbits are there to stall time so you have enough mana to cast another tower and stop collosus again.

OK, We really need a way to upgrade the heroes like, 8Xs more because half of my energy and units are focusing on protecting them, LIke take the lord of fire stage for example it killed me hero but i could have kileld him other than that if i wouldve had say 30 more seconds

Loving the game dude! As always great job! But I think you sold yourself short on graphics...I think you could've done better in my opinion...I really liked your older graphics in other past games :) just my two cents tho..good job!!!

someone please help me, ive maxed the skills on every unit and i still cant figure out how to get the unit between the iron fortress and the black dragon. please?

Wowww! I was switching characters to see something on a different person, and when i clicked quit it popped up "Doing homework?". It's funny to me because i'm procrastinating my homework by playing this game...

all stages cleared but 1 unit missing u-u, well is a really good game, 5/5 even if i cant get all units or badges jeje

in my opinion DON'T CHANGE A THING!
It's not exactly rocket science to slaughter this game cause umm guess what i did and i'm not all that good. heck ew5 took me less than a day, ew4 took me 3 and it has invincibility. Everything is just as balanced as it needs to be if not overpowered

Keeping this short and simple- This game was very good and deserves to be in the top 100 on this site no questions asked. The problem that I and others have is that it isn't great- something that we were expecting given that this is now the fifth iteration of a fantastic series.

stop complaining about how crappy the hero is. In ALL past epic wars the hero pretty well stunk. After not even halfway through the past games the hero became little more than a liability -.- The simple fact that instead of a gigantic castle that can't move or fight, now you have a mobile unit that dies quickly and makes the game hard FOR GOOD REASON. If the game wasn't like it is, then it wouldn't be epic war.

rudy, for the longest time i thought this game lacked that feeling of putting together and army and really getting somewhere. then i defeated the hellgate level and now finally as i unlock more advanced units and take on the extra levels its starting to feel like a real Epic War game. it is difficult to compare units though, wish i could see their stats all on one screen.

Lol, click outside the game and press Ctrl and + at the same time a few times and you can manually save. When you want to go back to normal, Right Click -> Show All :)

just finished game (all units maxed, one leader) it was fun thought 4 had more replay value.
only loaded up the first levels of the other to leaders, and i didnt see much difference. i did like having to use a more varied strategy for different bosses. some maps need hero to stand back some needed them to kite and others were just a brawl. all in all happy with my experience thanks for the fun

@hussein10, try only a few melee tanks with the rest as ranged, that tends to work most of the way, after that when you get to the boss use a wall to keep them away while ranged goes to town on them. Rinse and repeat.

I've only played as Viegraf so far but in the later stages, having him fight is a liability since he can get killed really quickly at times. He was really strong for the early levels but I think the heroes need to scale better throughout the game because it's too risky having him fight so he's more or less deadweight.

whats dude talking about building limit and no way to delete buildings? i didnt notice a limit, and all u have to do is let ur building die...
