Regen is your best bet, with high PV creature like golem or white tiger, armor to up the pv, they are nearly invincible. Only the fight with inferno is a deal because he get through the armies.

I have beaten the whole game every single level encluding the trial levels. And I only have 29 units, how do I get the 30th unit!?

it would be great if the building built can be destoryed since there is a limit of 4 building on battle only, we do want to take away building at the back of the battle field and build new ones in the front line

Since previous parts of EW had badges, it would be very consecutive and logical to create some for EW5. E.g., they could be awarded for completing the main campaign (medium difficulty), for unlocking and fully upgrading every unit (hard) etc.
Regarding the EW5 itself - imho, the previous parts were really awesome, battles were more tactical and intense, they required quite sophisticated strategies. And EW5, despite some new features such as buildings, isnt that captivating and charming as its predecessors. You just send your troops (without the hero) forward, and they automatically respawn and do all the job almost on themselves without any input of the player, which makes battles too repetitive and sometimes even too boring, even on 3x speed (should be an option for even faster tempo).
Only because I am a great fan of EW series I added EW5 to my favorites too and gave 5/5 stars, but still much is needed to be improved. Anyway, thank you guys, keep working, we enjoy it ;)

And to be honest i don't think the graphics on this are much better. =/ just cruddy in a different direction. Ah well.. Overall still a fun time waster. I want an Epic Wars 2.5!

I just defeated the Go!Go!Power Goblins! trial stage and won nothing. It took me 3 days to find the right combination of units, and to train every unit I had to max level. I feel very let down with the way you unlock units and magic in this game. I gave it a 5/5 because even a flawed epic war, is still better than most games on Kong.

lolx... this epic war 5 is a mess lolx.... epic war 4 3 2 1 is better than this :D the equip thing is good... but... the enemy and the mana is sucks... it got less features.... you just add new equip thing then remove all cool features ^_^ but its a good game ^_^

I think I kind of encountered a bug where I can't seem to unlock the iron fortress
I beat the goblin rangers in extra 6 for like 10 times and I still didn't get it

look i love your games but this is completly an opposite of the other epic war series now dont dislike me because i didnt say its super cool i still gave it 5/5 but where are the multiple heroes you can own a conquest map and TITANS i love the game because of titans and chaos where is this please make another game of epic war this time make it right

I waited this game very much, but i think it's the Worst episode of Epic War, too easy, too linear and there are no real chalange to win the game...
The skills and artifacts are good, but i miss the castles and too easy to unlock new units...

I think the best idea is2 upgrade your hero2 next lvl.. Ewolve him... Bicouse his2 weak.. Sorry for mistakes im East Europa :P

Rudy this game is exellent,but you should really put some more health to the hero,i mean on the trial stages,and the other ones all i have to do is keep the boss away from my hero,wich in some cases is really hard >.> pls add some hero health...

THE GAME DOES NOT AUTOSAVE , finished one full game with skull night, 2 extra levels yday and today , there are no saved games !!!! , need to start everything once again :( :( , any help wud be appreciated ... +1 if anyone else faces this issue

you need hero to kill werewolf challenge.. give him robosuit and he tanks just fine.
besides that. there is a award for getting all units. i cant get it, but i cleared everything?!

the hero is too weak here its not possible to use him to fight........ and it would have been better if there were more than 1 hero.. like in the previous epic war.

heros are dead weight so there should be a hotkey to advance all units except hero (besides selecting all units with c)

the black dragon is exactly the same as the dragon in the last war
same as the devine angel, its the celestial angel,come on

the hellsgate gurdian is the same as level 14 or 15 in the last war
