Trial 5 is the easiest, really. Just use Black Dragon w/ Omega Seal, Centaurions w/ Hercule's Grip, Vampires w/ anything; then Elf Hunters, Gorillas and Elderly Wizard, all equipped with a Platinum Sword [you can use Succubus or Witches or whatever, I simply found out that the three I suggested are the most efficient ranged units in this game, Centaurions apart, which are truly overpowered]. Let the Dragon attack the Swordsman, then let everyone else charge. Keep your Dragon under Regen: 30 seconds and the battle's over. However, without that Omega Seal it would've be a pain, I admit.

easy way to beat beast king use wall on foot glitch, plus set a castle beyond that so that your hobbits will hold back goblins past that you can't lose (unless you advance your hero )

Later into the game, like during the extra battles (especially the extremely hard levels, which I'm up against now), the game becomes a grind for points, which don't go a long way. I don't know why you'd make units less flexible in terms of their health and power than before, even considering the addition of equipment.

for the last trial use bombers, units with low health and ranged units with high attack. The swordsmaster drains health with her attacks but isn't that powerful so be sure to make use of walls.

Guide to the first few trials
1.send everything at the enemy goblins and hobbits and 4 difrent ranged unit types 2.Use all of your titans and just kick that fortress's @$$ (itll be hard)3.destroy everything untill you get to the boss then just lure each of them out 1 by 1.Last one is f****ing hard.

Wow trial stages are so stupid in this game. In the other game you could actually beat them but in this game it is close to impossible.

btw, it needs to show all spells at all times too, I dont see why i must have to click my units for them to cast spells, if they dont even have to be near the target or even alive for me to throw it!

Needs a spell hotkey and a minimap, that at least shows where the hero is... further upgrades for the heros and what was with that last stage? was really a disappointment ^^" 5 stars, but the earlier EWs were still a lot better than this

My least favorite part is when your guys walk past the enemies and then you have to chase them down from behind (esp golem vs. inferno)

For anyone using their hero for later on - Don't .. I use the 3rd hero early stages and send JUST my units for later stages such as 6+ the 8 additional and will for the last of them. They should be used for their spells and what not, the hell raiders provide enough of a tanking ability and the rest of your so-called army should be enough to replace the hero and more.

Seriously the whole having your hero die means you lose aspect of the game really kills the fun of using your hero. Other than that 5/5

i find it strange that the only levels you need to push more then 1 button is the first and last "very hard" levels. There you die in 1 hit so there is no point to push other buttons. I would say the game is very very unbalanced.

I think it would be really cool i you made a multi-player mode, I can imagine a lot of work but you have satisfied us all with 5 other games? :)

This game needs a better target system, was fighting the Inferno and my troops past him after he walk a couple of ''steps'', nearly lost.

The Epic War series is great, however I find it odd how one epic war doesn't build on the weaknesses of the other. There is no apparent re-configuring of the previous games, and the series seems to scatter in different tangents. However, if each game is taken as a single game and not as a piece of a series - its top notch. :)
