has anyone found a good combo to beat the inferno, i can get him down to half hp with golems, white tiger, elf archers, centaurions, taurus oxen, and elderly wizard but the way he attacks makes him move closer to my units faster than i can kill him

I don't undertand people complaining the trials are impossible. I just think they are ridiculously easy cause I finished ALL them in the first tentative. My units: Vampire Warrior, Goblin, Elf Hunter, Elderly Wizard, Amazon, Centaurion. The equips are all from the page 1 (junk). Just let your heroe in the left size and attack with the others. Ocasionally cast spells to damage the bosses and heal the heroe when the boss is to close. Sometimes you need to move the heroe to the right size, so the boss will follow him defenseless being hit by the long range units. Hope have helped and sorry about my english.

the easiest way is to get range units like elf hunter , wizards and centaurus i beat the inferno with it at first strike

I was waiting this game, I played epic war 1, 2, 3 and 4, and every time, it was getting better and better, and now with this one im so exited

why no archivments for this game? all epic wars had archivments. this epic war is good but there was better ones like the second one is my favourite or the third one. Good luck all

So from what I can tell, it says there are 27 units. I already have 29. I also have 28/30 items, but I still still don't have the units achievement. Anyone got some advise?

Since you setted the max number for building as 4, couldn't you give us the option to destroy one of our own building?

On a side note, the fastest way to beat the game is send forward everyone but your hero and turn on 3x speed (go to menu during the battle).

why the "KILL THE WANDERING SWORDSMAN" too hard? Because what ever damage it do, its heals the swordsman, so the best thing is to MAKE HIS DAMAGE LESS so you can make more damage to him, or DO MORE DAMAGE ON HIM. From this concept you can test a more effective unit than what i used/suggested in my earlier post but the goblin is a good unit to slow the movement of the swordsman.

Help with trial levels 4 and 5: For -4- you should use Hobbit(no accessor. needed), Lamia(turtle shield), Gorilla(gold+ sword), Golem(phoenix badge), Elf Hunter(gold+ sword), and Centaurion(plat. sword). -All units should be fully upgraded. Grind level 5 if needed. During battle keep using regen on the golems. Should kill the amazon eventually. / For -5- Same formation as before EXCEPT give the Golem the 'Super Robo Suit'. Same strategy also- keep using regen on golem.(note- You have to beat trial 4 to get the suit). Hope this helps!

k i thought my guys would move out when attacked so i let them go while i watched a movie 2 hour later didnt move at all... that kinda fials as i remember just letting htem go for hours on longer levesl ...

This game was a real disappointing, epic war 4 was much better and this was so short and this seems like it should be epic war 4 because 4 is way more epic

i finished "kill the wandering swordsman !!!...my units : 1 white tiger with turtle shield 2. death with thunder rune 3. taurus oxen with platinum sword 4. succubus with dark rune 5. divine angel with omega seal 6. goblin with ring of slash... BATTLE STRATEGY, ALWAYS let taurus oxen attack in group with RAGE skill, if they die, just group them again before they attack, and before you start the battle just make sure your man is MAX out. SKILL NEEDED : RAGE always. OPTIONAL: you can use meteor lvl 2.....REWARD: LORD OF HELL and INFERNO

wait so how do you lose i agree with a lot of other people when they say that this should've more followed epic war 4 as it was better this is a large step back i also have a question how do you lose a battle is it when you're hero dies? im even confused on that as of now as i have not lost yet

i like the game a lot, but i would like an easy way to select all except for the hero, also when the buildings spawn units theres no way to control them and if it requires using the hero that makes it hard because the hero dies so easily at later lvls so it's best to have him stay back

People talk about how Epic War keeps on getting released with fewer things like it is a bad thing. I like to think that I have a smaller chance of getting herpes from Epic War 5 than I do from Epic War 4 to be a good thing.
Here is what you need to remember. Quality over Quantity.

Each sequel to this game gets progressively worse and worse: the engine changes, and the graphics get a re-vamp. Big whoop.
