I didn't really think Inferno was hard, but other people think he is, so here's the easiest way I know to beat him. [Make sure that if your hero doesn't have the wall spell to use the Hell Raider. Use as many upgraded ranged units as possible.] Take out the closest area of enemy units, and continue until you are near Inferno. Retreat, and build walls with small gaps in between. Attack Inferno, and make sure to move your ranged units back ever spin or two of his. When you get to a wall, leave your ranged units behind it until it gets destroyed, as he cannot move pasts walls like he can units. Repeat until you have beaten him. Thumbs up so all have trouble can see!

Is it so hard to make a game that scales up correctly ?
I have a huge monitor and I can't play this, the window is tiny.

Colossus is very simple. Have ranged units, and spam the most abundant melee units you can. The colossus has to pause to hit each melee unit. So if hordes of weak melee come at him, he has to stop to hit each of them. Back up the ranged units as he kills the melee. Eventually he will hit an equilibrium near your hero, where the units outnumber how many he can kill. The ranged will just work him down from there.

jindrs34. get wall spell (golem) i used white tiger, golem, death. kept hero back and just kept all other units assoulting him while placeing a wall wenever he broke the previous(he cant bypass a wall without destroying it first) it worked first try.

The battles and "skills" system is somehow inferior to what i played in the others Epic Wars, it needs some tweaks to make interesting lvling.
In general the game is way too short and easy, i finished in one day :(
Im dissapointed :(

i have no problem with this game except one..... the controls always jam up, and thats so frustrating since i useally use them when i need my hero to get out the way...

Could you make the speed switch button accessible directly instead of in the menu? I find that I switch speeds all the time and going to the menu can be tedious. If there was just a single speed toggle button in the top corner that would be sweet.

Trial 5:
Use mainly fast moving, fast respawn units for this mission. Do not attack until you have your towers and units fully built/spawned. Keep your hero as far back as you can, and try to keep the wandering swordsmaster pinned. Thumbs up so all having trouble can see!

Well Rudy, it's pretty good. However,I am disappointed that you did not bring back the user-controlled arrow tower. That WAS the game. This is still fun, but I don't know why you chose to throw 1 and 2 in the garbage to make way for this crap.I love the upgrades, but it's not nearly as fun as 1 or two, and the story is nowhere near as good as EW2. Don't get me wrong, it is a good game. Just, you really pissed me off so I can only give you a 3/5.

Trial 4:
I suggest using the units on page three for this trial. Once you have your units built, pin down the Undead Beast King at the back of the map with your hero. Do not worry about anything but your hero. Use "Self Heal" when your hero runs low on health. Conserve your mana as much as possible. Thumbs up so all having trouble can see!

Trial 3:
Take out the monster-spawner early on, with spells if possible. Use range units to attack the front Lord of Hell, then retreat a safe distance so you don't hit the next one. Kill it, then repeat. Thumbs up so all having trouble can see!

Better upgrades for the "epic" units, for example the 6000 hp golem gets an upgrade for 50 hp... completely pointless

Trial 2:
Use ranged units to take out the large suicide-bombers. After this is done, assualt in force. Kill the Goblins one at a time if possible, then move on to the Iron Fortress. Keep it pinned down with the same (or similar) units as Trial 1. As the Iron Fortress moves forward, move your ranged units just outside of its shooting range. Thumbs up so all having trouble can see!

Trial 1:
Keep Collosus pinned in one spot by fast moving, fast respawn melee units. Provide cover fire with ranged units. Do not worry about him getting close to the spawn point, your units will have less distance to travel, so he will be unable to move forward due to his slow hitting and slow walking. Thumbs up so all having trouble can see!

i love all of the epic war games, but personally i think epic war 2 was the best and that style of game was great, and i would love to see it agian.

Since the first part I like the idea and the gamplay, but... There are some small things, that make me rate 4/5... very near to 3/5.
1. no minimap - difficult to plan attack
2. Health of the building which needs to be destroyed is shown on it.. not on the top of the screen. Sometimes is difficult to see it in mess of a battle
3. At tht end of a level hero is fighting a evil guy at very right edge of the screen. I can barely see, whom my hero is fighting with.
4. Mana bar was much better in EW 4 - with spells on it.
5. In Formation screen it would be much more obvious to click and drag portraits, or click portrait and then slot instead of equip button.
6. The art. Yes, this is question of taste.. for me personally EW 4 is the best.

i disagree with people who say hero is under powered the other 2 may be but the skull knight is very strong i think he is best hero.

Great game, but the heroes must be way more powerful than now. Their attack is already slow, and it's also weak as is their defense and life. In later stages they can't kill a single unit and die in 3 strikes.
