Iam not kidding, you can finish every level in the game with very same strategy. Send all units attack, except keep hero home. Then you can surf in internet or anything while waiting your troops kill all. Once in while maybe cast castle and thats it. Its so bad that you can finish game so easily, that i almost call it bug. Even those bonus levels can be finished like this. I didnt even bother think which troops to use

I loved EW3 the best out of all your EWs.
This may not be the best one out of all your EW but I can see that this is better than most strategy defense games out there. The art here is totally better, I was so surprised when the title screen came up.
I love how you made the range units stop when they attack the enemies. If I remember, this was a problem in the last game.
Overall, I think I'm going to enjoy this game. I thank you for your time for listening us to making a better game. I look forward to the next one.

Lady hero on the selection screen doesn't have a select button. Maybe my program didn't work correctly or I'm not far enough into the game?

Can't beat the last level with the Inferno. It does through my units and directly to my hero which cant survive so I lose.

You know Rudi I don't even like these types of games, they just aren't my style but they're allright. None the less I think your art on this is very good, and you deserve a 5/5 because this game obviously took a lot of work to make

it would be great if you brought the arrow on tower back, so that you can defend like you used to with arrows; also should be better graphics please take this comment and fix it

Good game overall.However,I must agree with D swabey.The art seems a little less detailed,but the level up system is brilliant. As is the accesory add-on. And the heroes can actually DO something,if you have the right strategy.So,I believe this game gets a 5/5,or a 4.5/5. Building buildings seems pretty useless for now,though...

Epic Battle 1: Collossus. Use Goblins/Hell Raiders along with ranged/"boss" units.
Epic Battle 2: Fortress. Use Black Dragon with freeze rune and White Tiger with thunder rune along with Goblins and ranged units. This battle will take a while.
Epic Battle 3: Pretty easy actually, use the same set-up as the second one.

One comment: lose the skull knights battle cry. My boys love the Epic War series, and it's terrific that you've added a blood switch in recent installments so it's more appropriate for a younger audience. (These are very fun games even for younger players.) However, I don't look forward to the day they tell their mother to "go to hell" because they've been playing the skull knight hero. That's not going to be good for anybody.

After the first few levels, the hero is nothing more than a castle. A castle that runs up and suicides in about 2 seconds if you hit many of the few keys the game actually uses. Sure, you can occasionally run past the baddie... but then that's basically an instant win. If most of them so much as scratch them they're dead, game over. Heros either need to scale up to titan level survivability (add hero HP bonus to achievement rewards?) or defeat conditions need to change. I feel like a good 30% of what I do in this game is just making sure I didn't hit any buttons that will make the hero run forward to it's near instant doom.

The hero became a liability in this game. I liked the old style better where each side had a base. This version introduced interesting new ideas, but they need to be refined.

Could the color of the DMG numbers be altered so that the enemy doing damage to your units is a different color than the damage we do to enemy units?

I hate fighting with my hero. It would be awesome if you could implement some way that I could leave him in the back and give some sort of passive bonus to my troops. Like some sort of aura or something that we have to activate by deploying our hero.

queen Etheriea is a great hero to use in my opinion. in the later stages such as the goblin power stages, she helps knock the goblins back and stays out of harms way while doing so. i dont know about the other heroes but i just hear a lot of people complaining about hero survivability so yeah try this hero out and see what u think

I feel all units fully leveled up, the outstanding points should be put in a pool u can use for other units ur working on. That would make sense.

It just doesnt seem as good as the others, it seems like its missing alot of stuff, it feels rushed. the thing that I don't like the most is that you cant select what you want to get, like in 4 (3?).

now, I've been a long time fan of this series, and I can say, in all honesty, that the series has had its ups and downs. This series is like Pokemon. There are people who only like the first two "generations" and some who like the creativity that was put on the last two games. And just like in pokemon, not many remember the third game. But one thing im sure many would appreciate, and i dont want to rush the developers since EW5 is here, is an "Epic War 2.1" where we can have the old graphics and gameplay along with the new spells and such. That would surely bring in nostalgic feelings....

While this game is entertaining, it isn't as challenging, quite as fun, or engaging as the previous Epic War games. I enjoyed a few of the things introduced in this release, such as the ability to spawn buildings and each unit earning its own exp. Also, the accessories were another interesting feature, though somewhat limited. In the next game, I think it would be interesting to see some of the features of this game (exp, accessories, buildings, special moves for certain unites) blended in with the old style where we have to defend our castle and destroy the enemy castle. Also, I would like to see the accessories idea explored a little more thoroughly. How about some items to increase population, or mana regen? Lastly, I hope that in the future the story line will be longer and the maps much larger.
